They have really good custard an ice cream but I will admit they are very pricey. But like the old saying says you get what you pay for

This is an edited review. I used to give them 5 stars, until they messed up our order, only sent half of it, then refused to correct their mistake when contacted. They were, in fact, rude and we are put $30. I would rather travel from mcdonalds to mcdonalds looking for a working ice cream machine over dealing with such rude, pretentious people who steal my money. Just say no to Shakes.

The shake we got was excellent. We had to wait quite a bit before someone came to the window to take our order (doing inventory she said) and we had to knock hard to get her attention. We almost left but were glad we didn’t because despite this little hiccup we did not want to have missed the shake.
I buy this pecan blueberry marshmallow sundae and didn't like it. It had way too much marshmallow and was just too sweet. Brought it back and asked if I could just have them switch it out for a plai n small ice cream. After a long pause, kid goes...you know I'm not supposed to give free Ice-cream but okay just this one time.Then after a discussion about how it's really not giving me free ice cream, yhen he gets it and while giving it to me says...don't worry, I'm not gonna get mad and throw ice cream at you or anything like that.WHY would he feel the need to say that?????Maybe I should've just asked for my money back in the first place?I couldn't even enjot the replacement.Never going there again.
