Horrible customer service. Had to wait a long time for our food when there was no one else in the restaurant. Had to wait a good while for the bartender to take our drink order even when we pushed the button. All the employees were in the back the whole entire time. I don’t think I will be going back. For those prices I can go to Applebees.

Nice, big, can be away from crowds (which I like). Food presentation was good. Ordered bacon cheese burger, bacon was not cooked well. It isn’t as good as the reviews made me believe. Super greasy. Thought it was fresh meat. Tastes like McDonalds. They never came back to the table. My mushrooms tasted like they weren’t washed. Very disappointed since it cost 30.00 for 2 burgers.

The grilled cheese was not grilled golden brown it was like albino. And thick pickle chips a no go. I didn't really like I'd like the dining area it was just big and blah so for us it's a no-go

The burgers were amazing!! We ordered a to go order and it was ready promptly at 8, which was our pick up time. The food was hot and smelled wonderful. Definitely will eat here again!

We are not from Joplin. We were going to try a different burger place, but it was closed, so we wound up at BTB. The food and service was great! Loved the games on the tables, the TVs, and lounge areas. However, it's in a shady part of town, and they lock up the bathrooms.

Great food, never disappointed! Friendly staff. I've been to social now 10 times, the only complaint i could make is the seats are run down now and torn. Other than that, I don't think you could go wrong eating here.

The food was great, but the order on your phone service gave us trouble. People particularly liked their cheeseburgers and ranch fries . The ambiance of the place was also nice.
Been here several times. Food is great. Good place for fantasy football drafts. Had a debit card issue there this last time, but they made it right.

Just don't. They asked us if we took the wrong number after they "lost us". Food was way too expensive for frozen beef patties and chicken strips. They don't have their own bathroom either. You have to go find any employee to get the code to the building's bathroom and it was out of paper towels. Probably okay if you're drunk.
