If you want cheese with your pretzel, you have to ask for it. Apparently the cheese is free and the piece of bread is $2. And they wont give you another pretzel if you cant go back for the cheese on your own time. You can bet I'll be ordering enough cheese next time to make up for my troubles this time. Since it's free. The breakfast burrito only took 13 minutes to make though.

So slow lately. They say the food will be ready within 5 minutes and I'm lucky if it is less than 10 minutes. Drive-thru is not much better. I used to go here a lot for my breakfast burrito because it is by my house but it takes so long now, I cant count on having time. There was a while where the food was going downhill too, but it has been much better the last couple times.

Took three clicks of the red button for someone to even answer then they can’t even bring a SINGULAR drink out in 45 minutes. Two other cars in the parking lot so definitely not busy just lazy.

Went to get a peach water and a grilled cheese. Got the water fast. Waited 10 minutes and barely saw any employees after that. Had to drive off to not be late for work

On Saturday, September 13th, My daughter and I pulled into the sonic on 32nd St. and ordered three of the caramel toffee iced coffees and two pretzel twists. When the carhop delivered our order, we had no coffees. We did get two pretzel twist and three orders of toffee bites. When I told the carhop that the order was wrong that there should’ve been three coffees and no toffee bites. She went back inside and brought us our coffees.. We pulled out of the drive-in and tried to take a drink of our coffee, but they were so nasty tasting. We could not drink them. I do not know what happened, but they were not made properly. We thought maybe it was just one of them, but it was all three of them. We could not drink them. They tasted so bad. This was probably about 230 in the afternoon. I was very disappointed because the ones we had ordered there before were delicious. I ended up throwing all three of them away because we just could not drink them. I do not know what happened or why our order was so messed up. But, I will not be returning to that Sonic even though it is very close to my home. I’m not sure who is in charge of making drinks when the orders are taken but whoever made these drinks was definitely not trained and how to make the specialty drinks that day off. We wasted $10.93 at the 32nd Street Sonic this afternoon. Be sure you taste everything before you pull out of the drive-in. Because what you think you have in your cups or in your bag may not be what you ordered.

Very rude employees, previously very good but probably that employee is not there anymore 😕. Asked for jalapeno and got 3 little pieces.

Cheeseburger tasted like frozen Walmart brand patty. A little lettuce, about 6 pieces of chopped onion, one pickle and the butt end of tomato with brown edges where the stem was attached. Furthermore, I asked for light mustard and it was DROWNING in it. I was polite, tipped my server, unwrapped the burger and couldn't eat it. Scraped off the mustard,l, warmed up the meat, added pickle sliced onion and took off that tomato and cut my own. So basically I paid 7.00 for a cold mustard burger. I will NOT be back.
