You'll try about 3 to 4 stalls before you find one that actually works. They don't bother to block off non working ones which seems to be almost half the stalls. I sat for 25 minutes waiting on a mobile order. Had to press the button to get them to bring it out as it sat going cold. Do better.

Came to pock up order for our door dash customer. They didn't have fritos or eggs to make the order. This is a ongoing problem for this location. We have ordered from here with items such as shakes and they didn't have bananas for my strawberry banana shake. They are constantly out of product and don't seem to care when customers are irritated at them. New managers and people who are would be a great change.

After pulling into 4 stalls with no screen working, I pulled into a 5th stall with a blue screen of death. The speed of this sonic is horrible and obviously not repairing your ordering systems since it has been getting more and more stalls that aren’t working

Came back here again. Waited over ten minutes for my drinks that I placed AHEAD of time. Hit the red button NOTHING. Ended up calling the store, manager blamed it on being busy. It was literally five drinks won't ever visit this one again

I frequent this place often, and of all of the locations in Joplin - I would be willing to claim this one is the best. The employees are always kind and helpful, the food comes within a reasonable timeframe, and it is in a convenient location.
Anytime I have expressed an issue, they have been willing to fix it quickly and without bad attitudes.
