The service was really slow for the number of cars there (3 counting mine) but the server was friendly. The Reece's Blizzard was awesome as usual.

I'll give it one star cause the lights were on. We just left there, after pressing the button, it said activated, nothing, so we waited, nothing, two cars in lot. Another pulled up, serviced immediately! This store needs a serious overhaul, 😒 the food and service both has went so far downhill, you'll need a tow truck to pull it outta this ditch!

Seriously?! This is unacceptable. I get being busy, which yall were, but that doesn’t mean you start changing the processes on how things are made. This is a 1/3rd of a sausage patty, cheese only at the bottoms, and my egg was a thin flat patty. Before I unwrapped it, it was the size of a junior. I ordered a regular.

The speaker was busted and you could barely hear and the drinks were okay but mainly ice with very little liquid. It also took 17 minutes to get 3 drinks. I would probably go somewhere else if I were back in the Joplin area but it wasn't horrible.

Food was inedible, the lettuce was brown and wilty, the fries were so greasy they turned into a lump in the container. Will never be back

You'll try about 3 to 4 stalls before you find one that actually works. They don't bother to block off non working ones which seems to be almost half the stalls. I sat for 25 minutes waiting on a mobile order. Had to press the button to get them to bring it out as it sat going cold. Do better.

Came to pock up order for our door dash customer. They didn't have fritos or eggs to make the order. This is a ongoing problem for this location. We have ordered from here with items such as shakes and they didn't have bananas for my strawberry banana shake. They are constantly out of product and don't seem to care when customers are irritated at them. New managers and people who are would be a great change.

No complaints about the food or service. But they need to fix their screens, I pulled into 3 stalls, black screens, then I had to circle the sonic looking for a working screen.

After pulling into 4 stalls with no screen working, I pulled into a 5th stall with a blue screen of death. The speed of this sonic is horrible and obviously not repairing your ordering systems since it has been getting more and more stalls that aren’t working
