All I can say is I love Starbucks coffee. They have a great variety of different flavors and I've never been dissatisfied. Well there's been a few times where I made them Brew it up fresh because they had it sitting over in their pump thermos and it had gotten warm

Here at 615 and no one is even here to open the store.. You get coffee early in the morning.. Well atleast normally and you guys cant even have someone here when its suppose to open... What a joke of a business smh

I was the next person in line but wasn't sure which register to stand at and the girl clearly seen me but never acknowledged me being there then another lady just walked right up to the register and she started taking her order and blew me completely off

Ok, some days I really need my Starbucks fix. Unfortunately this is the closest one to my work. There is always one associate who is working when I come in. They never look me in the eye and hardly ever respond when I say hello, or how are you. They typically say "what do you want?" in a negative tone, instead of what I hear at other Starbucks, such as "what would you like" or "what can I get for you".One day I had to wait for the associate who was working to finish playing with their balloon toy before they would take my order.
Great beverages, friendly staff, usually very busy though takes forever to get my vanilla chai in the morning but worth it.
