This is the third or fourth time that I’ve had to walk away from an order at this location because The lobby is not open to pick up a mobile order. The location should be responsible for turning off mobile orders if the lobby is not available. Mobile ordering in my case is used as a necessity due to lack of time waiting for my drink to be made.
