I got 2 frappes and both was not made right. It took 15 minutes to get thru the drive thru with only two cars in front of us. I’m very disappointed that I spent a lot of money on coffee for it to be made wrong.

The baristas are nice and all, but I consistently get my orders made wrong. I’m lactose intolerant and I’ve gotten sick quite a few times because they don’t make it correctly. It seems like they disregard what the order is (in person and mobile order) and just make the drink that they see in the first line of the order. The drinks are pretty inconsistent in quality as well. Thankfully, I received the right milk sub today, but the drink was so watered down- which is really disappointing for the price Starbucks charges.

It is march/07/24 11.30 am. I went to that branch and there were two girls there, a tall one very very sweet and the other one not very friendly. The unfriendly one got my drinks ready and let me set in there for some time without telling me they were ready. I had to get up and see what happens, and sure enough they were there. I don’t recommend people to go to this place to over pay for coffee and be treated with disregard like this. This is not usually the kind of people I am used to see and Starbucks.

My first time going to this StarbucksThe worse experience ever, waited for a very long time( almost an 1 hr) . I ordered a mocha cookie frappe and when I got it, it was already melted.
