we were traveling thru Joplin and stopped to get starbucks for the drive, i had ordered ahead via app, so i did not know how busy this location is. we waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. When we got to the window Raygan (sorry if spelled wrong) greeted us with a smile and was so polite and happy and positive despite how busy he was. more service industries need employees like him. Well done. it made my morning to see such positive attitude in our current world.
Always kind at this Starbucks, eager to help or correct a mistake. Every barista greets with a smile, love that:)
The staff at my star bucks are so friendly and helpful. Always smiling and friendly. Would recommend them.
