Only one person working, which is fine and understandable. She was wrapping up taking the order in front of me and continued to make theirs (several items) … again, fine. She never acknowledged other customers at all. She was never friendly. And she had no sense of urgency. She proceeded to take a mobile order instead of anyone in line, or even speaking a word. This was Friday 5/31 AM. Didn’t get the name. I left and gave my business elsewhere. CS goes a long way, just speak to ppl and let them know you’re trying.

Come in to get regular coffee every week and they never have it and won’t take the time to make it. It’s not near closing time either. Lazy workers won’t help or try . Ridiculous. Lousy service.
