By far the worst experience we've ever had at this location. Mary was our waitress. She was definitely high on something. Forgot to put our order in. We watched the 3 tables seated after us get their food, before another waitress finally asked us how we were doing. We told her we had been waiting on our food for 30 min. Mary came back and said she lost our ticket. So she took our order again and then let us know we were not being charged for fries or drinks, just burgers. Never got a refill on drinks and there was not even a full order of fries between our two meals. We go to pay and MARY SAYS I KNOW YOU PROBABLY WONT LEAVE ME A TIP BUT JUST INCASE THIS IS WHERE YOU FILL THAT OUT. Freddy's from now on.

After waiting 30 minutes for our food they finally came back around to see if we needed anything else we told them we had still not gotten our food. They came back and told us they had lost our order. They were not busy at all I would not recommend eating here then they gave us half portions

My daughter loves these smash burgers. Simple, salty, way better than big chain fast food burgers. Not my favorite, I prefer a thick patty but it is hands down her favorite. The shakes are great, the prices are super reasonable.

The management clearly does NOT care for its workers, nor the wellbeing of its staff. The food is according to standards, but the way the managers belittle the workers even in clear view and earshot of the customers is absolutely vile. It was actually heartbreaking to learn from staff that the management was nationally declining in such a wonderful chain of classic restaurants, even while still producing top tier foods. I wish that I would be able to teach the management basic skills like how to tie their shoes, and how to properly wipe the drool from their mouths, then maybe the management at this location would be restored to the basic standards of its fast food counter parts like McDonalds and Wendy's. for shame... Hell, for 50$ id be willing to teach the management staff how to speak to other human beings in basic English in hopes the restaurant does not go bankrupt in 5 years. Please contact me!
Parking: parking is always abundant, even on packed days like Sunday. plenty of room!
Kid-friendliness: Loving staff who are always looking to be cheery and friendly even under oppressive management. champions all around!
