Staff is amazing, but the bread used is very old. My kids could not bite through it. I struggled so much to eat such stale and flaky bread. It made the whole sandwich extremely dry. It would be best to toss out the old bread and actually use "fresh" bread as named in their slogan.

Also what happened to the pepper jack cheese? Looks like it's from Temu.

Subways never change the amount of food they put on the sandwich,5-6 slices of meat,2 slices of cheese,very little vegetable.the price is not worth it,rather go to Jersey mik sandwich place,the do lot better job on sandwich’s.

I come here alot on my lunch break and some new girl is working here rushes us threw. didn't let me get other veggies on my sub then when I notice I have a sub with this nacho cheese never heard of I asked for the regular I always get the steak and cheese. Well she would not help me and I ordered it wrong. But to loose a customer that spends 20$ a week over 2$ of cheese is a bad thing for you. I will not be coming back. This did not taste good at all. No owner apologizing either. Sharing with other groups so they can stay away.

Every time I order from. The app for me and my husband they mix up the stuff on the sandwiches. They do it darn near every time I order on the app.

There were two ladies working behind the counter and upon entry they were loudly complaining about customers in the drive through and they were very rude in the taking of my order, responded to everything I said with total attitude and not only was I very polite through the encounter but all I wanted was a simple 6 inch sub. She asked if I wanted it toasted and I said no because my wife doesn’t like a toasted sub, she replied with “okay” then proceeds to try to put my sub in the oven. When I corrected her she got mad at me and threw the oven tray on top of the oven and tossed the sandwich back to the counter, she questioned my request for extra pickles because my wife really likes them as if it was weird to request extra ingredients.. finally she rolled her eyes once she looked at the receipt and saw no tip, how rude.

Missing items on my order. They never answered the phone. There is no way to refund or resend my items. It is entirely unprofessional and unacceptable. Why have a phone number if you can't be arsed to answer it?!
