i was fortunate to have 2 great kids by the name of Michah and Hayden. it was close to closing time and they were very pleasant and Nice. I choose this location over any joplin location!

The employees working there had long hair and weren't even wearing hairnets, and didn't even have their hair pulled back or anything! Anyone preparing food with long hair like that should at LEAST have it pulled back. I didn't end up ordering anything because I knew I'd probably find a hair in my food! PLEASE, whoever is in charge, reinforce the use of hair nets/have your employees pull back their long hair when preparing food!

Went in at 4:50ish on Sunday and both the boy and girl working were weird and rude I genuinely don’t know what happened before I got there but maybe train your employees on leaving whatever they have going on at home. A sandwich isn’t worth whatever that was.

Staff is amazing, but the bread used is very old. My kids could not bite through it. I struggled so much to eat such stale and flaky bread. It made the whole sandwich extremely dry. It would be best to toss out the old bread and actually use "fresh" bread as named in their slogan.

Also what happened to the pepper jack cheese? Looks like it's from Temu.

Subways never change the amount of food they put on the sandwich,5-6 slices of meat,2 slices of cheese,very little vegetable.the price is not worth it,rather go to Jersey mik sandwich place,the do lot better job on sandwich’s.

I come here alot on my lunch break and some new girl is working here rushes us threw. didn't let me get other veggies on my sub then when I notice I have a sub with this nacho cheese never heard of I asked for the regular I always get the steak and cheese. Well she would not help me and I ordered it wrong. But to loose a customer that spends 20$ a week over 2$ of cheese is a bad thing for you. I will not be coming back. This did not taste good at all. No owner apologizing either. Sharing with other groups so they can stay away.
