I ordered on door dash, my sandwich was open (poorly wrapped) and in an open bag. There wasn’t tape on anything. It felt not the safest, no way for me to know the food wasn’t tampered with. I called the store and the manager said verbatim “don’t know what to tell ya, you can bring it back in. If you can’t do that, there’s nothing else I can do about it. Have a nice day” and hung up. I tried to ask if they could take my name down, and she refused. When I asked why there wasn’t tape she replied “we must have been in a hurry”
She was incredibly rude, unwilling to help. It was incredibly frustrating. She shouldn’t be a manager if she can’t help solve the customers problem

Everyone here is so rude. Plus they over charged me for a sandwich that I never get over charged for at any other subway in town. When I went in (nicely) to ask about it, the girl was still so hateful and never once apologized for the confusion or anything. Never going back to this location
Mind you, I asked for a turkey italiano. Which is no longer on the menu. Everywhere else just treats it like a BMT but turkey instead of ham. She also never once mentioned the upcharge. $17 meal turned into $23 is wild

The younger worker was friendly but the other really wasn't. The toaster is apparently up too high because the bread was crumbling and breaking apart. And they were really stingy on the toppings, barely putting any of each on, even after asking them to put on more.

The only person working there looked like a teenager, and I had paid extra for more meat on both sandwiches but if anything it looks like he skipped on our stuff, heck by the time I got there he gave me my sandwiches expecting me to walk away without my pretzel and cookie, and when he finally got me my sidekicks he handed them over in a rude way when he should've already had them prepared, and when I get home I find out he didn't even give me a good pretzel stick he gave me a burnt pretzel that somehow didn't have salt, if this is how subway is now then they've lost me as a customer and no one else should get subway since its a scam

Went to subway last night 30 min before closing. Has put mobile order in. All sandwiches was messed up. Meatball sub has very little meat and maybe a teaspoon of sauce no cheese. Ordered turkey and ham didn't get the veggies or sauce I asked for. Ordered rotisserie chicken. Got different kind chicken no tomatoes no onion no sauce. And meat was very little and hard as rock. Called up there guy refused to re make it. Called today a manager was post to call me back so we shall see what happens.

Do not order from this store. Those guys put in the bare minimum. My footlong was so tiny, its not even worth eating. If you adverstise a portion size then you need to provide said portion size. Absolute garbage employees.
