While taking care of a patient in the hospital, she ordered a sandwich from this location. When it arrived the edges were burnt as well as the paper under it. She called this location and asked for it to be fixed and qhen she explained that she was in the hospital and couldn't return the sandwich they hung up on her. Such bad customer service. Will not recommend this location.

Apparently it’s too difficult for this franchise to figure out how to put the correct sandwiches in the correct bag… And now my son is going to be late to his football game. And good luck trying to call the franchise directly so you can get it fixed quickly. The call won’t ring through to the actual location. I somehow got routed to a catering company. Do not recommend.

Great place with a great atmosphere! I much prefer it compare to the 32nd and Rangeline location! The staff are friendly and patient, and efficiently yet expertly made the food.Dietary restrictions: They were very understanding of my dietary allergy and even asked if they needed to change gloves!Parking: Parking was easy to find!

It's Important To Say! We just got the most fresh, best built to order foot long Subway Sandwiches ever! Subway is a family favorite, but usually someone has something not quite right or something goes on and that's life. TONIGHT all four sandwiches were perfect and delicious beyond expectation! Our order was ready on time, the customer service was EXCELLENT! Great start to our Memorial Day Weekend! Thank You Subway!!!!!!

Their touch screen sucks. They were out of the chips we ordered, out of their juice boxes and didn't put cookies in bag and had to tell them what cookies ordered.

Not very nice people here. Skimping on food. Asked for onions and got 3 slivers of onion. Olives? I got like 5 olives. Barely put any sauce on my wrap. I kept having to ask for more. Cost cutting will sink a company. Not a good plan. I won't be back.By the way, sinks in bathroom are turned down to a trickle of cold water. Not very sanitary. Stop cutting costs!!!

Tried the monster from subway very disappointed not as good as it looks for the money paid 16 Dollars for a foot long not much meat was in it do your self a favor order a regular one much better

Picked this location to order from when the 7th and Maiden location made our order incorrectly a few weeks back, resulting in having to go back in to get them remade. I'm talking the sauces for both sandwiches were mismatched, the bread was wrong for one and some ingredients were straight up missing. Order was corrected but I chose a new location, this one, in hopes of better results the first time. While our order was correct, they were packaged so poorly in the white wrapping and the logo wrap that the ends of the sandwiches were exposed and ingredients were falling out into the bag. Not sure if I care to try again anywhere at this point. I'll mention both orders were submitted online via the app, so it's hard for me to understand how the ingredients can be wrong when they are written vs. having to understand a person over the counter.

I wouldn't normally leave a review on a Subway, but this particular franchise has it down. I think this is 99% due to their managers. My son ordered the pizza sub, which is no longer on the menu - not a problem. The manager made it perfect without even asking a question. We go once a week and I have never had a sub or salad that wasn't fresh and correct.

Staff shortage, just one person working. It took nearly an hour to get 4 sandwiches. Ordered in the App so already paid. Lesson learned, my family won't consider Subway.
