The sandwich artist was rude and made our sandwiches all messy along with attitude whi h is uncalled for.Just bad service from her everytime we come in 3 times now if it was once I can see that bad day but same attitude and rudeness all three times un called for both sandwiches were made worse each time couldn't get her name but young and short the youngest there I'd say. This is our neighborhood subway shouldn't have to go a Ross town to be treated right

Ordered a wrap and flatbread both were made with flatbread. Wrap was not closed on the ends allowing everything to fall out. After taking three bites two hairs were found needless to say this $9 sandwich went directly to the trash. The flatbread was toasted but somehow the meat was still cold.

I had a coupon for 3 footlongs for 19.99 but instead of it being 20 dollars it was 28 and they charged us 2$ for cheese I understand tax and all but that is upsetting.

Husband went to get our food my order was screwed up wasn’t even what I asked. For on my sandwich it didn’t even taste that good either won’t be back here.

Went into this store on Wednesday 4/25/2024. They had a line in the drive through so we went inside. Inside was a lone teenage girl working. She apologized stating she had to get these on line orders done as door dashers were coming in and having to wait. I told her no worries. She was working as fast as she could but you could see the stress and frustration as the inside line began to build up and then people began leaving. The young girl again apologized for the wait again I told her not to worry about it. I asked if she was alone to which she replied “yes” I said how many orders have you got? She replied about 20. This kid had 20 orders to fill and still had drive through and walk in customers. I apologize to her and said we’d have to go to another location. I give this young lady 5 stars for her attitude as the smile never left her face even when you could see the stress on it. I can’t speak on the mgt as idk what the circumstances were that led to her being alone but I do know it should NOT have happened.Now, If that young lady sees this review just know you were doing great though we left it was NOT on you we had cold groceries and simply weren’t able to wait that long. From what I saw you have a great work ethic and a great personality which is rare today. Subway better hang tight to you because I expect you to go far in life
