11/6/25 Update: Ladies were incredibly efficient, pleasant, hygienic, and friendly!! Great experience. It was Bella and one other girl working. So kind and swift service.
Usually don’t mind poor experiences because I know everybody is allowed to have a bad day. But when my friends went in there was a lady coming in from a shift change and from the start did not have any patience. She skipped a few toppings so my friends simply re-asked for them and she slammed her knife throwing it asking them what they wanted. Again I feel terrible because if you catch me on a bad day I could totally see myself like this and maybe management is already giving her trouble or had her come in on a day to cover someone else. Just leaving this review so they understand to staff appropriately and ensure that everyone is prepared to start their shift well-rested and patient. At the same time please don’t take it out on customers who are not rude or demanding, at the end of the day it is a job that requires listening to customers for what to put in a sandwich.

Poor girl was the only one working and was so stressed out. Juggling front baking bread drive through literally everything. No reason for Subway to only have 1 person. At dinner hours. She did great and where's the rest of the staff or a manager to fill in

This subway sucks. It’s like the workers there do not care. They just throw a sandwich together every time I order there’s barely anything on my sandwich. They always forget to put my sauces on. Trash

Walked in today and no one came to wait on me. Walked over to the cash register and could see a girl sitting on the floor texting on her phone in the back room. She never looked up and I left.

I buy the same sandwich every day at the Subway inside Rapid Robert's. They are great at their job and know how to make a sandwich. I ordered my sandwich 2 times at this subway and both times has been awful. The 1st time they forgot to add in my extra protein and this time the tuna was not even spread out and just slopped on the sandwich and their was an entire bag of lettuce on my sandwich. It was crazy the amount I threw away. They need to be retrained on how to make a sandwich
Amazing worker who was doing the work of 3+ employees on their own. They deserve the pay of 3 employees based on how good the service was despite the huge rush

The sandwich artist was rude and made our sandwiches all messy along with attitude whi h is uncalled for.Just bad service from her everytime we come in 3 times now if it was once I can see that bad day but same attitude and rudeness all three times un called for both sandwiches were made worse each time couldn't get her name but young and short the youngest there I'd say. This is our neighborhood subway shouldn't have to go a Ross town to be treated right

I've got to say, that the last review about the tiny thin flatbread turkey, was the funniest review I've ever seen!!! I'm rolling around in my chair trying not to fall out of it laughing!!!
