Whoever worked on 10/4/25 at 8:10pm needs a talking to. He was possibly closing I'm not sure but they were still open. Walked in I greeted him ME not him. He looked at me in disgust because I was coming in close to closing time. I don't care but if your still open you serve. I even asked him if he was having a good night because he seemed in like a pissed off mood and didn't want to serve me at all he just kind of shrugged it off and went yeah but he was rude to me the whole time I don't understand why I needed to be treated like that I'm sorry I came in! Geez.

Clean restaurant and decent food, but disappointing customer service

I visited Subway recently with my 7-year-old grandson. While the sandwiches were fine and the restaurant itself was very clean, the experience overall wasn’t as pleasant as I had hoped.

The music inside was extremely loud, which made it hard for my grandson to place his own order. He knows exactly what kind of sandwich he likes and was excited to speak for himself—but the server kept looking at me instead, clearly annoyed by the situation. My grandson had to repeat himself several times, and because of the music, the server couldn’t hear him and acted like helping a child was a bother.

It would have meant a lot for the staff to show a little patience and encouragement, especially when a child is learning to speak up and make decisions for himself. Food and cleanliness were fine, but the lack of welcoming service was disappointing.

This place is gross. Lettuce looked old and he was nice and all but the kid with the giant Afro kept scratching on his face while he made my food. You guys ever hear that there are recipes that tell you how many tomatoes, meat slices and sauce goes on a sandwich? Handfuls of pickles don’t get added when someone asks for pickles. All of the ingredients were slapped on and zero customer service from the lady that was there.

Great time at Subway. Rain is absolutely a delight, and our sandwiches were made to perfection. When the staff is fun, and the food is good, you want to go back. Very clean, positive experience.

Who I think was a manager (Deb) very rude and loud and not very nice to the other employees. Very light on toppings and had to request them to add more. Would not go back to this particular subway.

If I could put zero stars I would. The service is terrible and the manager is absolutely hateful and freaking rude. I've had issues with them twice. The first time, they claimed they called me to tell me that they were out of stuff and said that the phone just kept ringing and ringing and it was in my hand the entire time as they were telling me that they were calling me to try to prove a point. The second time, they intentionally canceled our order after they charged me, and then tried to tell me that there was nothing that they could do after they charged me. My advice to anyone would be to stay away from this store. Terrible service seems to be the norm with businesses these days, and this time it was them

Felt super rushed and also I have an esa Dog. And she is very well behaved. They were glaring at me and my wife the whole time. And seemed like a very rough environment
