Great time at Subway. Rain is absolutely a delight, and our sandwiches were made to perfection. When the staff is fun, and the food is good, you want to go back. Very clean, positive experience.

Who I think was a manager (Deb) very rude and loud and not very nice to the other employees. Very light on toppings and had to request them to add more. Would not go back to this particular subway.

If I could put zero stars I would. The service is terrible and the manager is absolutely hateful and freaking rude. I've had issues with them twice. The first time, they claimed they called me to tell me that they were out of stuff and said that the phone just kept ringing and ringing and it was in my hand the entire time as they were telling me that they were calling me to try to prove a point. The second time, they intentionally canceled our order after they charged me, and then tried to tell me that there was nothing that they could do after they charged me. My advice to anyone would be to stay away from this store. Terrible service seems to be the norm with businesses these days, and this time it was them

Felt super rushed and also I have an esa Dog. And she is very well behaved. They were glaring at me and my wife the whole time. And seemed like a very rough environment

Terrible service. The young lady waiting on me didn't know how to make our order. I was actually reading the description off the board to her. Someone left angry because it was taking way too long. The assistant manager pulled me aside and asked me to do the survey complaining about the young lady. I told the assistant manager to do her job and manage.

My friend and I came here for lunch today. Today's lunch was unsuccessful. The girl who was making our food was not in the right state of mind whatsoever. She was not paying attention at all! I'm almost POSITIVE she was high on something. The most DEPRESSING thing to see! This girl was moving as slow as the sloth on zootopia working at the DMV.I said I wanted the #23 .... The Hotshot Italiano. Not the #18 The Ultimate B.M.T. Only because I ordered it last time I was at Subway and didn't want ham this time. She proceeded to do the #18 anyway. I left that alone. I then proceeded to tell her I wanted salt and pepper on my sandwich after she added all my veggies, and she put parmesan cheese on my sandwich without my permission....I looked at the store manager and said I was going to go somewhere else and she said "No, I'll fix it"I've actually tried getting a job here several times, and it is wild to me that I went out of my way several times to get a job, and she hires people who are clearly high on drugs. Whoever you are, I hope you get the help you need because your life is more important. You are more important. Good luck!

We have dined there a few times hoping that the staff was just having a bad day. After several times and the staff skimping on the sides enough is enough. Customers shouldn't be given dirty looks and treated poorly because we want a decent portion of vegetables on our sandwiches. One of the times staff refused to add veggies on our Sub.
