This place is run and operated by the rudest most indifferent people I have ever seen in the food industry. Unless you are going through the drive thru you are better off going to eat any place but there. Period. You don't exist to them because even though they cheat the drive thru timer they are so beholden to they seriously only concentrate on making and putting out the drive thru orders over everything else. So do not waste your time and money to eat there.

Not the first time they’ve screwed up our orders and I’ve been going there since it was built and never felt the need to complain cause like most say it’s Taco Bell what do you expect. This time I had to say something, the night crew is horrible I had to wait at the window for 8 mins for only a taco, stacker and a 2 pack Cinnabons, the lady opens the window and says sorry it was your Cinnabons that took so long 😒 as my son gets to the road he eats one and it’s ice cold in the middle. He literally just went to pick himself up an order and they forgot half of it and when he called the lady that answered argued with him the whole time. Never giving them my business again and they need to reevaluate their night time staff

For dashers, I know I'm not speaking for myself when I say the night crew will do a billion orders after ours when we show up. Almost none of the employees will assist us and I've literally had the food thrown on the counter towards me. It's to the point where now you can't even pay me to come into this Taco Bell.

I wish I could give this place a negative rating. Got my son's order wrong, ordered a $10 nacho box and the box had a small handful of chips and a tiny amount of old meat and cheese. I drove all the way back and the manager was astoundingly rude and wouldn't even let me explain the issue. Arguing and not even allowing me to order what my son wanted. Such immaturity and rudeness, I'll never go back to any taco bell. Period.

The luxe boxes we did get in our order we're trash.
