Placed a pickup order on my lunch break. Picked it up and got to work and was missing my main steak rolls, mind you it’s my first time getting these, and when I went back the service was awful. Acted like I’m the one that forgot the steak rolls and then when they remade them, they looked like crap. The cook proceeded to say, if I make them again they are going to look like that. Fun, I’m glad the “ROLL” is actually just a pile of crap. Thank you.

Every. Single. Time I order nacho fries here they taste like they've been left over from the day before. Would it kill them to cook batches throughout the day? Doesn't matter how busy they are the fries are always cold and hard. Someone loves to drown your food in sour cream here too

Mind you this is my first experience at this particular Taco Bell….just moved here and wanted to try the new garlic steak fries and used my reward for a beef chalupa and it had a long black curly hair in it. As you can see my hair is not like that and the package had it in there. I only took three stars off because luckily I was still in the parking lot and they made it right for me and seemed applogetic. The fries were all very soggy and the tomato/onion taste sour like it was old. Also isn’t the chalupa suppose to be fried or atleast warm?? It was cold…Yall please just make your employees wear hair nets and actually give a rip because that’s just unacceptable.

Went in to the lobby no one acknowledged us, or asked if they could help us. Thankfully we had place a mobile order. We watched two gentlemen come into the building after us who were also ignored along with just about any other person. We finally watched them take one ladies order then go back to ignore the counter. A dasher came in and ended up asking for management because the order was taking so long and she was being ignore by the staff. There weren’t busy enough to be ignore anyways they just didn’t seem to want to work the counter. Manager didn’t seem surprised by this either. The food was good at least but the customer service was awful.

The cashier was rude and not helpful w the app. My tostada looked horrible!! The burrito i paid over 2$ for barely had any beans in it... Very disappointed

I love the night crew. As a dasher for doordash they are great. Even when the drive thru is packed you would be surprised at 2 in the morning how busy they are. Even if they are busy and stressed they are always great to talk too and always keep me updated on what is happening with the order.
Clean and fast. Food rocks, but hey, it's Taco Bell.

ME and daughter stopped in on tonight 11/23 at around 1 a.m and the girl with reddish hair working the window I didn't get her name I wish I did.she was so nice every taco bell we been to has been rude not this one she was great and she is beautiful.i don't eat at Taco Bell hardly at all but I would go back to this one too just see her.
