Customer service is horrible and it shows in the food quality. Worst Taco Bell in Joplin mo… Sad that I would rather drive to Webb City even though this Taco Bell is like 3 mins from the house as Webb city is 15 mins from the house….. Hey Taco Bell on 26th n main. Get it together!!!!! Your service SUCKS!

They've got a terrible parking lot and drive-thru and when I got my order my tacos were upside down and spilling out in the bag. Only thing good about the place was the warm welcome by the window lady.

Every time I go the drive through is wrapped around the building and it takes 20+ minutes just to get to the window.

This particular location in town has THE WORST customer service I've ever experienced. They are rude and arrogant and somehow also manage to mess up 9/10 orders. Want to talk to someone on the phone?? FORGET ABOUT ITTT cause nobody is going to answer without hanging up or blasting music in your ear after you've started speaking. Corporate needs to handle this mess of a store bc I know a lot of the town feels this way. What we need 3 taco bells for anyways when these people don't act grateful for a job or appreciative of it's customers?

The lady was nice and the restaurant was very clean but my nacho fries were old hard and cold and my cinnamon twists didnt have the cinnamon. The burritos and tacos were good but there was so much oil from the meat that it soaked the break and the bottom of the bag was soaked. I also got 4 tacos instead of the 3 I ordered with the chicken crunch wrap

Terrible management. Went in at 7:45 pm, placed an order on the kiosk. Less than 10 people eating inside and ordering- and it took 18 minutes for our food. It’s not the employees fault- it’s bad management. There isn’t a manager to lead the employees and have it all run smoothly, who can direct employees so it all goes quick and easy. Instead there were multiple employees just standing around not knowing what to do. Maybe if big corporations actually paid their employees, and management- a living wage- they would care to run the store smoothly and care about customers. But considering that Taco Bell will make a profit irregardless of quality of service- so why should they pay their employees more?
It’s nothing new- this Taco Bell has bad management, long wait times, but hey/ everything tastes the same each time- which is the only reason to go ever to a Taco Bell.
Do better. Take care of your employees. Shame on the corporate greed. Judas Priest.

When you order from door dash don’t expect them to get your order right. I’m officially done going thru door dash. But 4 out of the last 5 times they either forgot an item or got it wrong

Worst experience in drive-thru ever, I was asked if I could wait a minute, 5min later she asked me if I'm ready-I was ready when I pulled up to speaker because I had to wait for the car in front of me to place 3 orders which took over 10 minutes. I had to repeat my order 3 times and all it was, was 3 tacos a drink and nachos.

REAL ONE

Went paid 40$ for our meals got home worst burrito and soft tacos I’ve ever had from Taco Bell old tortillas like leather texture all ingredients to one side so you basically rebuild everything yourself to make it edible definitely wasn’t worth the money wish I would have kept to my usual and went to the range line location they care much more
