Horrible service. A burrito did not get added to the order and when we asked at the window to add it she told us she couldn’t add it at the drive thru. She was extremely hateful and laughed at us as we drove off.

By far the slowest taco bell ive ever been to ive litterally sat in drive through for over an hour waiting for my order because ounce your in line in drive thru you are in it to win it because of being trapped by other customors i really try to avoud going to this taco bell wohld highly recomend either joplin on range line taco bell or webb city those stores are by far the best in the joplin /webb are aoh and carthage is pretty decent as well

Prejudiced, and unfriendly. Taco Bell cares more about their bottom line than employees safety. They will usually not close down early in extreme weather, and they expect their employees to stay until the next morning no matter how bad it gets. If Taco Bell can profit from it, then they will stay open.

Went through the drive thru tonight 7pm 12/27/24. I left the drive thru finally at 7:55pm. Took 30 min to get to the speaker after placing a $6 mobile order. After another 15 I got to the window and was promptly handed my drink. Spent 15 minutes waiting at the window for a crunchy taco, chips and cheese, and cheesy Gordita crunch. Absolute insanity. Watching the drive thru ladies I felt so bad and they were so embarrassed. Kitchen just kept throwing them these huge food bags and they’re telling them over and over they need me and we’re just being ignored. Big time kitchen training issue. Older lady at the window was great, really pleased how she handled it. Idk about the kitchen though. They’re all lost causes if they ain’t 15-16yr old kids and this is their first job. When I looked at my food they didn’t even put cheese on my tacos after all that. When I left there were cars pouring into the street waiting in line. All because the kitchen is too dumb to throw the drive thru ladies 2 tacos and a chips and cheese.

Manager clearly needs some customer service schooling!! They mess up an order and then call people names when they try to correct it! I will never come back to this location!!

30 minutes to get nothing and cancel my order and get a refund. Just avoid this place. Everytime I give them another chance I realize why I don’t come here. The manager doesn’t care about customer service in any way or making customers happy. I can promise I won’t ever come back to this store. It’s trash in every way.
