My husband and I drove over an hour to have date night at MY favorite restaurant on Monday the 12th. We had a short 10min wait, once seated our waitress got our drink order and our appetizer. Our waitress proceeded to sit in the booth with my husband and ask what we wanted to eat. I should have explained how rude that was but i was hungry so we ordered. While waiting on our appetizer, I over heard I guy say "I don't know,I guess there free now". Our waitress came over to get us refills not planning on telling us our appetizer was delivered to the wrong table. I asked was that ours she said " yes they were at this table first they moved and it's my mess up, but I got you another one on the way". My husband said ok" but we want our appetizer before our entree" she ok. We waited for refills and the appetizer.... finally my husband went to the bathroom. While gone a server came by with my entree and part of my husband's. He asked if he should leave the food. I explained that we were supposed to have appetizer, we didn't get it, we wanted it before the entree...he says "she messed up it happens do you want to food". My husband has now arrived and sees my dismay and says "man we ordered our appetizer we didn't " that point the server said she "already told me do you want me to leave the food or not, my husband said no you can keep your food. Mind you the waitress still hasn't come back to table and there is no Manager around. We were half way out the door when the Manager asked what happened I explained the problem. She said please let me make it up to you i thought all right now we are getting some where. We were given a free appetizer and $15.00 off our next entree purchase. That's it! I've been a long standing customer and thats it. What you don't know is I'm also a waitress and totally understand mess ups, but this could have been fixed by the server long before our entrees came out. PS the server should NEVER sit with the customer to take their order ever..

Best place in the world to eat and socialize. Great service always great good.
We had the beef tips they were delicious as were the sides except the veggie of the day were steamed/cooked - broccoli/carrots were not fully cooked. My bf said they were still hard to a point. Everything else was delish, the staff was very attentive, a male person, we assume him to be the owner, that came to our table and asked how our eve was, how the food was and thanked us for coming to the restaurant. We were very pleased w the food, staff, atmosphere, and overall experience. Highly recommend this Texas Roadhouse.
Parking: Huge parking lot and wheelchair accessible (or person w a Walker, cane etc) sidewalk to get inside
Kid-friendliness: There were lots of kids in the restaurant and all were happy and well behaved
Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy for a wheelchair to get in, plenty of room for it to maneuver around, no steps which is also a plus
I haven't been to one of these in years but the waiter we had was great. I forgot what my friend ordered but I had their Roadkill. Cooked rare with steak fries and mushrooms. We had their cactus blossom as an appetizer.

So many things went wrong from the start. Are order came was half there will be out shortly 10 minutes latter a few of the items came out and was told for the rest will be 25 minutes. The best part was the server he busted his ass but he is only one man never once did The manager come ask how was everything but she came to all the other tables around us.

Went for a lunch date with my husband and we were treated like garbage. We ended up with multiple of the employees giving dirty looks, our waitress threw our food on the table and never came back to serve us. When the manager came to our table after us having to call the restaurant while inside, she immediately said “I don’t want to deal with the drama, here’s a gift card. I’m aware of the drama in this place I just don’t care to mess with it”. We were treated poorly over a past friendship disagreement with one of their employees from 4 years ago. Fast forward 2 months and my parents went for dinner, they waited 2 hours to be seated while on the waitlist, yet everybody around was seated. After asking wait time again they pushed it back another 2 hours. Overall very disappointed in this place as they can’t seem to keep their employees on a professional level.
