Our family enjoyed our meal at the Texas Roadhouse. We had a late afternoon lunch and the place was clean and the atmosphere was terrific. Joined the waiting list ahead of time to reduce our wait time. (Highly Recommended) Got us in right away. Great Steaks! Service is usually great but this time not so much but overall we had a great family meal together here at the Roadhouse!

Supposed to be a 20-30 min wait. It was 40 min just to get a table and then another hour until we finally got our food! Our waitress was sweet and did a good job!

This is a long one, so quickly....if something goes wrong, as a server, you should never just throw other people under the bus. And food was overcooked.Now the details:This isn't my usual experience here, but yesterday, it was just snowballed and was not good. Normally, the food is great and service is service, nothing bad, nothing great. Yesterday, my sister asked for a kids' menu, so my niece had something to do. The server never brought it. The wait was long for food, but they were busy. The issue started when a runner brought only 2 plates out. We had 6 people. So, we waited for the rest of the food. Didn't see our server in that time, but she finally came out with another tray. She immediately blamed the runners for not bringing all the food. She only had 3 plates. We were missing a full meal and 2 sides. So the server left. In the meantime, the manager was making her rounds and asked how everything was. We told her we were still missing food, so she left to figure it out. The server came back a few minutes later on the defensive, "the kitchen did something to mess this order up, which is absolutely not my fault." We did finally get all the food. And it turns out it was just a printer problem (no one's fault). The manager was great and informative about the issue. I hope we never get the same server though.The steaks were overcooked, but edible. The cheeseburger though...way overcooked and crunchy.

We waited a really long time to get our food when it seems everyone around us was getting theirs even if they came in after us and I'm sure it was very noticeable to our waitress but she shared no concern nor did the manager which made it and unpleasant visit to one of our favorite restaurants

Food was excellent. Only problem was our waitress. Came by couple time and waited 15 minutes to pay bill. She took the money,and had another girl bring our change. Girl told us that our waitress asked her to bring our change. Never took any of our empty plates.
My son and I had beyond an absolutely outstanding experience! I've come here SEVERAL times before, but on April 11, 2024, I came on my son's 7th birthday, and they made sure to go ABOVE and BEYOND for my little boy!My little man was SUPER shy. Our sweet server and the very kind manager were the ABSOLUTE BEST! I have a photo posted of the manager and our server below with my boy. I could not have been happier with the outcome of my boys' birthday dinner! He was NOT sure about getting on the saddle when they actually got there with it. Haha! At the door my son said "I don't want the little one, I'm a big boy!" I replied. "You're right, I'll have them bring you the big boy one then!"Also, a special shout out to Texas Roadhouse as well for this since I haven't ever given a review for here. I wanted to add this in. I was the individual one who went around to all the restaurants a few years back when the Joplin officers passed away and put a thin blue line flag on the tables, a picture of the fallen officers / Captain Davis and the amazing man who survived the shooting Rick! ? These amazing people allowed me to reserve a table for the fallen officers that day with a beer there!THANK YOU SO MUCH, Texas Roadhouse! You're amazing.Parking: Plenty of parking. Busy around 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Dinner rush! Wait time, sometimes.Kid-friendliness: It's definitely a kid friendly environment.

This, I feel, was a one-off experience for Texas roadhouse, but a notable one. I had about a 3 inch thick black hair in my diet coke. I saw it poking out above my ice (shutter). It took the waitress a while to come around when she did, she apologized, but then forgot to put a lime in it again. We never got refills and when the bill came, which I had wanted cheesecake, my diet coke that I had been drinking from with hair in it (I'm a red head, my husband has short brown hair, waitress had blonde?), was not removed from the bill. I asked her to do so (which i don't think i should have to do so, i showed her the hair), and she said she had to ask her manager, who hurriedly had come by earlier and didn't give me the chance to say anything. Weird. Again we love Texas roadhouse we've been to several locations around the US. It could have just been an off night, but there was a series of events that could have made it better that no one tried to do. They did end up taking the drink off our tab. Also our rolls were dry and crusty. Which may be the saddest part. Lol Steak and my salad were mediocre.
Our servers were extremely nice but my salmon was raw, and they gave me an extra salmon but it was still a little bit raw in the extra meal. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt because they were so nice, and we’ve gone here before a lot and their salmon is usually good. Everything else we got was also really good. They were also very busy so i know mistakes can happen, and I will probably still come here :)

The drinks seam to be a little watered down.Parking: Not a lot close to building but the back lot is hugeWheelchair accessibility: Close to door spots not extremely large no curb in front of door.

My husband and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and it was our first time trying Texas Roadhouse, everything was delicious and all of the staff was kind and welcoming! I didn't get our servers name but he also gave us fantastic service!!
