I can’t say enough good about the human bean. Their coffee is absolutely phenomenal and affordable. Customer service is literally the best I’ve ever seen. The owners are absolutely amazing individuals aswell!!!!!

Their coffee is amazing and everyone is always very nice. My one complaint is that they need to get thicker drink carriers, or at least start doubling up the ones they use currently. They are so flimsy and floppy and do not support the drinks whatsoever. Especially if you're getting large drinks. It's an accident waiting to happen. Other then that it's great!

I wanna love this place so bad but every item I've had,has tasted like something i made at home, which isn't a good thing when im paying so much for it (if you know you know). The complimentary beans awesome amazing love them. The service is great but the drinks and the food are unfortunately not it for me. I keep going back to give chances and to maybe find something thats not home tasting because like I said i wanna love it I just cant yet.

I went there just yesterday while trying to drive from Joplin back to KC wanting some coffee to hype me up! Well I have had MANY latte’s before, many. And they have NEVER tasted like this one. I got a hazelnut latte and it was THE MOST watery coffee I have ever had in my life. I was already having a horrible day and I was tight on money but still wanted a nice coffee to cheer myself up.. and i literally WASTED my money because I had to throw this coffee away. I was NOT going to drink it. It tasted nothing like hazelnut. I was very disappointed and I will never come here again.
