I order a chia banana smoothie and it was the worst I ever tried! I order the same smoothie a lot but this one It takes like water. I feel like they miss to add the ingredients. I wish they can refund me my 8$

Pay extra for add on to a wrap and it so small, why charge the extra if your not going to put it . it not just once it happened but multiple times at Joplin location.

Don’t recommend today. Usually it’s really good. But today my smoothie was awful. Wasn’t mixed well and every sip I took had chunks of ice! 😡

The online order ahead option is very convenient. Since they discontinued my favorite smoothie (Triple Berry Oat) I had to experiment with other smoothie flavors. I finally found one I can work with after some adjustments. Ordering online allows me to reorder the same thing every time without worrying that I forgot a step/ingredient. I spend very little time in the store. There was a time when most of the staff knew me and my order. Since Covid, I don't recognize anyone. Half the time I just holler thank you as I leave because there's no one up front when I pick up my order. It's a little less of a friendly atmosphere through no real fault of their own. I really like the drive thru option in Carthage.
