Always a great time here with great service and food. However it gets busy especially at lunch time. Words of advice or even just common sense etiquette… if you are a party of more than TWO, don’t sit at the bar and push away all the solo customers because you couldn’t get a table. THEN when your party finally arrives the crowd has cleared and THEN move to an open table!? Don’t be selfish… be considerate.

The service is top notch at Tropicana in Joplin Missouri! That’s what I love the most about it! The food is great, beer and bourbon selection are solid - small but mighty, great vibe early or late. I suggest the Shrimp Tacos or Your Mom (Turkey sandwich), and the house chips are amazingly addictive.

Food is great if you like being treated poorly and you have four or less in your party. Any more than that and they lose their mind. Bartender badgered my step dad because we had more people show up than anticipated. I'm so sorry we brought you more business and you didn't know what to do with it.

I have eaten here a few times and Everytime I find it to be very underwhelming each time. The service was slow. The burgers are not very enjoyable, the chicken is dry, and the fries I'm not sure if they are even salted. The only thing I've ever enjoyed have been the Philly rolls. Overall it is not worth the money. I would go to social btb for chicken and anywhere else for a burger🫶🏼
