I ordered a sausage omelet with no cheese and double hashbrowns, food came out perfect, exactly how I wanted it. When i ordered , my server was 10/10. Quick, well spoken, and most of all, helpful. Whenever I needed something he was on it and i made sure to remember his name, Chase. Very nice place and 100% will be back.

If you want a place that absolutely does not give a damn about customers, then this is your place.
If you want a place that serves food you won't puke up in a few hours, try the McDonalds down the road.

We loved this waffle house and became regulars. After my husband's interaction with Kenneth the manager, however, I decided we will not be back. We were new to Joplin when we started coming last year, and the staff made us feel welcome. The waitresses here are amazing. Food was great. Thank you for making our time in Joplin enjoyable.
This Waffle House was more than a house, it was a Waffle Home. After spending the day exploring Joplin, my girlfriend and I were tired and hungry, and we needed to eat something and fast.
This was our first time eating at a Waffle House, from what had been shared online about the chain (think memes), we believed that this location would add some credibility to those claims. We were wrong, and we were pleased to be wrong. The meals were extremely delicious and it almost made us forget about it being a chain restaurant.
The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. Our meals were a warm welcome after our brief (and cold) jaunt over from the nearby Days Inn.

I've been going here for several years, always pleased. On January 10, 2025 i went in and sat down, was there longer than normal and this bunch that was on this shift didn't even know i was there for awhile. The employees were pre-occupied in loud conversations with some other young folk sittingat the counter area. I've never been disappointed with the service until this night. It was about 10:25 pm. I love the food and most of the other employees. I didn't recognize this bunch. But they need to learn they are at work...

We used to like going to Waffle House but the last three times going there recently make us decide not to return. They cooked the eggs hard when asked for over easy, so they took the plate and made more which meant the hashbrows were cold by then. Waitress needs a lot of training. She couldn't remember anything I did ask for a to go box for my meal which she never brought. It's the service that has been bad the last several times being there.
