Waited 15 mins before order was put in! We ordered within 5 mins of arrival. The waitress was clearly on something illegal! The cook apparently wasnt even there when we arrived or ordered. Then when he arrived,other orders were called out to him before ours which was stupid because we arrived and ordered before anyone else sat down. I would not recommend eating there! At least not with that waitress workin.. we have been there many other times and it has never been that horrible! On plus side the food was cooked correctly.. I would say product was fine but service sucked!

Walked in place was empty, placed our order, and it didn't get called into the cooks for 15 minutes. And Noone else was here when we walkedin. Conveniently close to hotels, and during this visit we were thoroughly unimpressed.

Michele was very rude to america, I Found hair in my food and she Forgot my brother’s waffles and had the gaul to get mad when I didnt tip.
Orded all star. 4 eggs over med. Sausage. Grits. No waffle. No toast. Worded it just like that. Then she asked if i wanted Sausage or bacon. Then when she told the cook my order. She said i ordered grits and hashbrowns. Like she didn't listen. They was too busy joking around.

The service we got was not it, fortunately for us we don’t live here but for the people that do I feel bad . The lady serving us was so loud and rude , not to mention she was talking so loud I could hear the conversation she was having with her co worker about how this other co worker they have that doesn’t do her job which by the way she was laughing and yelling about, please tell that girl with tattoos to do better or just let her go. The food gets cold so fast my grandma’s waffles don’t get that cold within the minute. Aren’t waffles supposed to be fuffly anyways please take this into consideration because the white girl with tattoos is not it and I’ve worked with people like that if she doesn’t like the way her co-worker works maybe she should consider into communicating instead of yelling it in front of the costumers.
