I picked up my son’s birthday cake last night and I did a brief glimpse because I had a long day. I did notice the top of the cake wasn’t what I had discussed. It was supposed to be red with a black border but the cake I got was white with a red border. I wasn’t too upset because that’s minor. However, I got home and noticed the seams on the edible image were noticeable and sloppy and there was fingerprints in black and pink “ink”. I called this morning and I just described my disappointment and asked my options. I was told I could be refunded or I could bring the cake in and they could make a new one. I of course decided to bring it in because it’s my son’s birthday. As soon as I got to the bakery, Monica was defensive. Basically asking how I wanted it fixed. I said I wanted the seams smoother and dye fingerprints off of the image. She said Emma did the best she could at lining the image up. Where? It was a disaster. I decided to call 7th street bakery right then and there to see if they could make the cake. The confirmed it’s a simple cake and said they could make it as Monica had ripped off the edible image and was hand piping the cake which no one asked for. Casey, the bakery manager came, and was like are you getting a cake here or 7th street because if you are Monica is wasting her time. Umm, excuse me? I’ve had more than a hour of my time wasted. I said she could stop making the cake as I would like a refund. She proceeded to tell me that the hand piping Monica was doing was more “expensive”. Nope. All the 2 layer round cakes are 17.97. She also told me that they print the image the day before that’s why the ink runs and no way around it. Monica said that the cake from 7th street would look the exact same. I’ve included both pics of the cake from rangeline and the one from 7th st. You can see in the first 3 pics from rangeline it’s a disaster and the one from 7th is amazing. Same price. If you want to save yourself a headache and hassle avoid Casey who knows nothing about cakes and Rangeline bakery and go with the amazing ladies at the bakery at 7th st.

I had a cake done for my boyfriend and his twin brother. Picked it up for thier 21st birthday...it was supposed to say "The Legends Turn 21"...what i recieved was a cake that said "The Legends TRUNED 21"...smh thanks.

To bad a town trying to recover from a devasting tornado has very unfriendly people working at tfe customer service counter.
If you have no time to work out that day, park far from the front door. The new parking lot is HUGE!
