Visited the drive - thru tonight with a mobile order. The place has 1 car in front of us and the inside was empty. They were parking the car in front of us and did the same for us. Took over 10 minutes to get cold food. We ordered via app about 7 minutes before arriving. Lousy service and food. Maybe short staffed.

Went through the drive-thru with my grandson and the lady was very nice however they messed up our order. I ordered him a hamburger and they gave him a cheeseburger, not good with a child who doesn't eat cheese.

I was very unhappy with the food. We got a 7 dollar biggie bag and a #3 meal and all of the food was cold and there was nuggets so old they had consent. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Wendy’s before now and it makes me sad. Please get better staff the lady up front was super rude to a lady asking her for ketchup and running off like it was busy and it definitely wasn’t. We are staying a mile away our food shouldn’t have been cold or as hard as it was

Ordered online on Saturday 1/4 and went through the drive thru. Picked it up and got home only to realize we were missing and sandwich. When I drove back and picked up the last sandwich I got home and saw that 4/5 sandwiches looked like this. I brought one back in to show the worker and she said “sometimes when they sit they turn green”
