First time ever trying WhataBurger. The lady on the night shift drive thru Grims should be the WhataBurger spokesperson! She is very friendly and knowledgeable about the company's history. It was what a burger should taste like 👍🏻

The burgers are MASSIVE!!! so are the drinks and fries! I couldn't get over how big they were lol. Ranch is $.75 a packet. Shoestring fries were delicious. I couldn't finish my food. Definitely a tasty meal. Not bad for $11

Bathroom urinal was closed. The only toilet in the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned recently. Soap was almost gone and the garbage was over flowing. Food was slow (compared to the Webb City location). Also, my friend ordered a chicken sandwich and was given a hamburger. None of these are a big deal by themselves.

If you’re lucky enough to have Gramz (Ms. Carolyn) take your order—it’ll be one of your best fast food experiences. She is attentive, extremely patient and will even offer up some great suggestions. I hope to see her the next time I’m in the city.
Sadly the service and did have gone downhill. The last 2 times I've tried to get food here I've had to wait 15 min for cold food that was not what I ordered.

It was my first time eating here. We arrived shortly after opening. We had to ask for silverware, the ketchup bottle on the table was empty, we ordered bacon cheese burgers and they came with no bacon on them. We flagged down the waitress to let her know that we had ordered bacon on the burgers and there was none. She asked if we wanted her to bring bacon and we told her yes. When she brought the bacon she told us that they would not charge us for the extra bacon. She looked very annoyed when we kept asking for things that were their mistake. When the bill came the bacon cheeseburgers were on there. They need to pay better attention to what they are doing. The food was sub par.
