Faith and her crew are amazing, happy, helpful, patient. The restaurant is one of the cleanest I've ever seen. The food is amazing and the wait isn't bad for cook to order food. The Chicken Sandwich is actually filling and juicy and their seasoning/sauce choices are amazing. Probably the best chicken restaurant in a town lousy with chicken restaurants. *Update; over the last few months it's been going downhill with sticky surfaces, snotty attitudes, sometimes it seems like the employees are only happy when they're openly mocking customers, and have seen a few families pack up their kids and leave when coworker conversations get really offensive. I don't mind waiting for cook to order food, I do mind waiting 15 minutes before the employees standing right there can be bothered to turn around and see if they even have customers. 3 stars just like every other chicken place.

I don’t write reviews often, so given the fact that I’m bothering to take my time to do this, says something. I’m not sure about other wingstop locations as I’ve only visited the local new store in Chesterton, IN. I was quite excited when we finally got a place that sells wings, let alone “specializes” in them. I have ordered from this location multiple times, hoping that maybe they’re just having a bad day. Nope, apparently the wings are always anorexic and dry. Don’t even bother ordering enough for leftovers, god forbid you warm them up later, they will turn into jerky. Honestly, I don’t see this place staying in business for very long. The service is great, I’ve never had an issue with the amount of time it takes to prepare the order, and the order is always done correctly. The wings just suck, and the fries are nothing to write home about. The most recent order, I decided to try the corn as a side. I didn’t even know that corn on the cob would be that mushy, it was disgusting to say the least. Straight to the trash. If you’re in Chesterton, order your wings anywhere else but here. You will thank me later.

I went for wings today and the service was amazing! 😋 The service was excellent from the moment I arrived until I left. My wings 🍗 were ready, delicious and just the way I like them! As good as the food is here I have to give this a 4 star. The wait times here are still insane even on a 2:00 on a random Saturday. We waited about 20 minutes for not much food and then waited another 10 minutes after it said our food was ready on the screen. I don’t mind waiting a bit but they have to do something about wait times. On the other hand, I love that they tell you to leave your trash where it is! Although it feels weird to not throw your trash away, it’s a very nice thing to have! Overall I would still recommend this place but be ready to order ahead, as long as the app is working.

The wingstop manager in Hewitt TX is absolutely dreadful with how she treats people. She screamed at me and kicked me out of the store when I was there to pick up an order for a customer. I didn't do anything wrong. Shame on you Wingstop for putting such an abusive person in a leadership role. Her conduct reflects on your reputation.
