I order food online via the wingstop website, paid with my card went to the store and when I got there they said that they didn’t have my order in there system, I proceeded to show my confirmation and my order an the stated there was nothing they can do, I asked for a refund of my money and they refused and called the police on me. Soon as the police got to the store they then decided to give me a refund….crazy work to call the police cause I want the money I spent back when I never got the product
Food is good, but every time it takes forever for order, while everyone working in back are playing around. 45 plus minutes and every other order went out before us? Then to see the people that are supposed to be preparing the food screwing around does not equal good experience.
They could not give me cold wings and cold fries plus my drink was nasty
Hello and welcome to another Hungry Guy in a Wheelchair restaurant review.. Today’s review is Wingstop in Manchester, NH… If you’re rolling in hungry and craving some solid wings, WingStop has got you covered. Let’s break it down: Getting in was smooth. The parking lot had reasonable wheelchair-accessible spaces, and the entrance didn’t give me any trouble. Inside tho the curb cut was way off on the other side of the lot, the layout was open enough to navigate without playing bumper cars with tables 😂. The place has a casual, clean vibe with an open kitchen, so you can see your food being made. Staff were friendly and quick to help if needed. Now for the food and they give you 3 choices of sauces—honey mustard, ranch, and blue cheese. We all went for the 3 piece wings with a side of spicy fries too shares my friend Anna Costa-Turner went with the original hot flavor . I went with the Atomic flavor (hottest they have and it did its job well), if you ever wonder why it’s called Atomic you’ll see why. My mom went for chicken tenders with the mild.. Big portions, fair prices. Everything came in takeout containers with plastic utensils, which actually made life easier when it was time to pack up leftovers. Good food, good service, and easy access—what more could a hungry guy in a wheelchair ask for? If you’re in the area and craving wings, this spot’s worth the stop. I give this spot an overall rating of 9.1/10.
I loved Wingstop. I keep going back expecting better. I’ve gone to multiple locations around St.Louis. I guess I’m finally done, I’m tired is being disappointed. They give you options for well done and extra seasoning. It is never well done and very rarely do you get extra seasoning. Just sell me the lemon pepper seasoning and fries seasoning. It’s not worth the money to have your order wrong every time.

As a dahser for doordash this is my least favorite place to go. I do have to say Molly is the greatest and always keeps me updated. Now the bad, it always takes forever, I'm always waiting 30-40 minutes which is a long time. Some tips I think they should do is don't do it by the order because you'll be there all day. Be ahead of the game. Deep fry the whole bag of wings and not just 20 pieces at a time and as it gets later in the night slow down. I hope to see this place impove thier time for waiting.
Fries could've cooked for just a lil bit longer but otherwise it was great.

The place is under poor management and it shows.
We took our food to go and happy we did after a 30 min wait time for 15 wings 1 large fry.

Wish I could give no stars. I ordered my food a little after 6 pm and the website said it would be ready around 645. I got there at 630 and waited, went in at 640 and was told my name would be called when ready. I didn't receive my food until a little after 7pm. The lady up front advises me the drink machine is down, and they are offering bottles of water in place of my 32 oz soda that I paid extra for. I told her I would like to just be refunded for the drink, to which she explained they were too busy for the manager to come refund me, and to give her my phone number so her manager could call me later to do the refund for the drink. I provided my number then I took my food and I drove home (which I live 25 minutes away from the store). When I arrived home and got the food out, I realized it had nothing on it, it was just plain wings and plain fries. I had ordered hot honey rub wings and seasoned fries. There was NO seasoning on the food whatsoever. I called at 734 pm to advise them my order was not correct, and as you can see from my screenshot, I was on hold with them for almost 30 minutes, before I decided to hang up and try to call again, which I was hung up on the first time and the second time a lady answered. I explained the situation and about how long I had been on hold, and she asked if I wanted a refund, a credit or a remake. I told her I would prefer a remake but I was upset I had to drive out of my way again and that I lived 25 minutes away and I didn't want to wait there for over 30 minutes again. She assured me it would be ready by the time I got there. I drove back into town to pick up my remade food and arrived around 835. I was greeted by the same lady that gave me my food the first time. She told me the manager wanted to talk to me. He told me his name was "SJ". He would not advise me of the ladies name. He argued with me for almost 20 minutes about how it was over 2 hours ago that I had placed my order and that he was absolutely not refunding me, crediting me, or remaking my order. After arguing another 5 or so minutes, he said he would provide me a discount for A WHOLE OTHER meal. I had to pay another 8$ on top of the 15$ I paid 2 hours prior, for my remake order. I also was never refunded for not receiving my drink in the original order, but was charged for another drink in the new order. This policy makes no sense and it's ruined wingstop for me. Ya'll are trash
