I come here a couple times a week in lue of cooking dinner and I'm always treated sooooooo well at this location. The bartenders remember me and my beer order and always greet me with the most welcoming smile. Alyssa is my favorite, can't lie. But Julian, Nastassijia and Leah are all absolutely wonderful as well! I always leave happy and they always take care of me if I'm ever not, which is rare! Thanks for making sure I feel at home at your bar, guys! Austin was great helping me out tonight too!

I only ordered a small salad and an appetizer of keg tator tots because I wasn't very hungry. It was very crowded because it was a Saturday evening but we were seated quickly. A little too crowded and noisy for me but we had a great server and the food was served well.

I picked up a to go order and Your host and carry out person need to work on their attitudes and and how to treat customers. When I asked the host about getting my togo order at the host stand she turned a sign around and told me to call a #. I was already in the restaurant. The togo person is very rude and tried to take the order out of my hands. Management needs to do better.

Asmin Watson manager at this location professionalism and customer service at 54th Street fell below expectations. During my recent visit, her demeanor was unprofessional, and her interactions with customers lacked warmth and attentiveness. Additionally, she seemed unprepared to address inquiries or resolve issues efficiently. To enhance the customer experience, I recommend providing Asmin with additional training in communication skills and customer service techniques."

My only complaint was I ordered a steak medium well and it came to me very under cooked. So I had to send it back, and unfortunately, I had to eat after my companion was almost finished.

All the food we ordered was delicious and service was great !We visited last night 4/11After we left , my teenage daughter forgot her purse in the booth and a nice server grabbed it and found us walking down the sidewalk to make sure she got it back . Thank you !!! We are from Minnesota so she would have been lost without it !

My family has been going here nearly every week for years, and I'm honestly quite sad to say I'm looking for a different place. I just can't recommend it here anymore. I'm a burger guy, and it is impossible to get a good burger or steak here without sending it back once. You can ask "Medium rare" all you want ("make sure there's some pink!") - BUT you will get an "Extra well done" patty every single time, so you have to send it back if you want something edible, because I guess that's the only way to get the kitchen to actually care enough. But I don't like to send it back, so I've been just feeling sad every time I go, which is kind of the opposite of Happy Hour. I was forgiving for the happy hour smash burgers cuz they're kind of a different thing, and you don't expect much, but it's like every week they got more and more like cardboard and I'd request extra aioli sauce just so I could swallow the otherwise unbelievably dry meat. But at this point, no amount of sauce can fix it. They have a lot of other good things you can order, and some of the drinks are quite good. I'm not sure what's going on, but if you are at all discriminating in what you want, you might look somewhere else, or at least don't order anything that won't be good if it's extremely overcooked.

The burgers were disappointing. Not juicy and the bun was dry. I have had better here. Maybe just an off night.

Our visited started off ok but it soon went down hill fast. They seated a table of six behind us. Smelled like pure weed. You smoke it fine, I don't want to smell it. We had taken my sister from out of town for dinner. Then they got louder and louder we could not even have a conversation. My sister asked if we could move and she said no. Our food arrived, I've been craving a good hamburger.....cold. I am contacting a manager to find out if this is how they handle things like this.,
