This place is my new favorite Mexican food spot. I didn't attach the picture because it doesn't do the meal justice. I have been looking for a loaded nacho situation for a very long time and nowhere seemed to have anything that would satisfy my pallet until I stumbled upon Aberlardo. I am seeing them pop up everywhere in the city and I am glad I tried it out. I got their nachos and they come with your choice of protein, and it has sour cream, guacamole, cheese, salsa, house made chips and it was just packed with flavor. I will be back. I would just warn that a large size is meant to share, I got a large and I had a lot left over. Enjoy!

The queso and any meat product has made me violently ill twice in a row. Something is wrong with this place.
my husbands and I's go to!!! Always fresh always hits the spot! I will say lately when we stopped by we noticed the burritos are smaller the tortillas aren't the same as they were in the past before they updated the drive thru menu. The price of course you pay for what you're going to get it's not a Taco Bell so if you want actually good Mexican food for a little bit more of the price then come here. (Worried about the tortillas tho )
This was our first time eating there. Quick, friendly service and the food was really good. We will definitely be back!

Sent in an order through their website and when I arrived they hadn't even started it. After I asked about my order I got a text says it's been accepted but no one said anything to me. They just moved on to the next customer. I'm not sure what going on outside but it smells like something died in their parking lot. I will not be returning

Don't let the building fool ya!! This doesn't look like the best of places and anyone around here knows it's hosted quite a few businesses over the last 10 yrs and is a little worn down. But I hope Abelardo's is here to stay. The food is great. Portions are big. I have had very pleasant interactions with the staff each time I have visited. Today was no exception. I sat in what seemed like would be the longest drive thru wait ever but actually went reasonably fast. My turn at the window and the staff acted as if I was the only customer they had to wait on, very friendly and helpful.

Authentic tacos. Their food were hot, fresh and make you want to buy more. It's similar to a downtown big city place or something you would get off a city street food. We will most definitely be returning to try more menu items.
This Mexican food reminds me of what you find in California! So far, it's my favorite in the KC area, hands down. The surf & turf burrito is MONEY!!!
