Maddy was the best!! She made the night go by fast!!

Told the wait was 15 to 20 minutes at 6:30 p. left at 7:10 p. The restaurant options at the Ameristar are awful. Only good place is the Chop House, skip everything else.

Anaheet is an amazing host her personality always brings a smile and joy to my face I look forward to be greeted by her every time I come

Waitress did not seem to care and listen to what we ordered. Our appetizer came out wrong. we ordered steak medium rare and it only had a little pink in it. Steak still had good flavor it the green beans were not very good. Philly was not very tasty. Could have been the type of hot melted cheese they had on it. She could not keep our drinks full and never did come back to check on us till the very end. Will try again a different time with a different waitress. There was one waitress that wasn’t ours that noticed our cups were empty and got us refills.

I really enjoy coming to Amerisports with my nephew that has special needs (non-verbal autism.) The servers are always friendly, and they make him feel appreciated. One server in particular, (Sarah) really goes out of her way to make our experience great. Even when she is not our server, she always comes over to say hello, see how we are doing. Sarah, thank you so much. You always make our day.

Waited 30 minutes after being seated. No drinks were even offered the waitress walked by us 50 times. Very very upset with me and my friends experience.

Went twice in 2 days. Lots of TVs. Food was really good. Prices were reasonable. Drink prices were the same as casino, but they did have a reasonably priced 100 ounce beer tower. Again the food was really good. Service was pretty slow and poor. Waitresses took their time and the girl we had last night wasn’t all that friendly towards us. Like we were inconveniencing her or something. Other then that, great food.

If I could give zero stars I would horrible service , food is always messed up no service just a robot with food next to nasty floor .. need other options besides this dump bar

Another layover in Kansas City. Thought I'd try the Amerisports Brew Pub inside the Ameristar Casino. The Crispy Chicken Salad and Broccoli Cheddar soup are awesome! Very nice place! Daniella behind the bar was very attentive and friendly.

Parking: Some Semi parking in back.

Kid-friendliness: 21 and older.

For some reason I could not get them to steam my broccoli well. It was brought out twice and both times it was hard and one step from being raw. I gave up.
