Grabbed a bite here after taking my son to casino for his 21st birthday. Waitress was extremely rude never checked on us pretty much everyone in the place was rude burger was good when we got it the fries were cold sweet potato fries were cold said they would bring us more they did bring more fries but we never got the warm sweet potato fries finally just ate what we had and left and it wasn’t that busy when we got there just not a good experience

Amerisports has became a favorite hang out spot for us since they started music bingo. Every Wednesday we go there and play our game, the host is fun. We have has Jessica the last few times. She remembers our drink order and soon top of it. She even gives us a few song we don't know. She is fun and always makes us want to come back. I will always ask for her, and become her regulars.

The spinach dip is an ENTIRE MOOD served in a little cast-iron dude with fresh, salty chips? and the Country fried steak was seasoned to perfection! Add in the awesome, friendly atmosphere and it's a total win! Will definitely be back!
I ordered an entree to-go for $22. The portion was so small, I asked for a refund. Super disappointed in this experience. I ended up ordering a different meal so I would have enough to eat. The manager refunded and was super nice about it.

Did a take out order. The bag was sitting behind the bar and I could not reach it. The bartender finally came around after 15 minutes, saw me, got wide eyed, put head down and turned tail and ran away. Finally got the hostess from the front to go behind the bar and hand me the bag. She did say Sorry about your wait which made things better.

Food was fantastic, love the huge TVs and atmosphere. The waitress we had was the worst service I've experienced ever. I brought my brothers family out because they'd never been there before. I was embarrassed after leaving as this waitress was rude and just ruined our time. We were ready to order and all had our menus on the table. She looked at us multiple times and walked by and it was not busy at all, we waited patiently, but eventually 45 minutes I flagged her down to take our order. She never came over to check on us, we didn't have enough silverware and we couldn't find her to bring us more. We always had to see where she was and flag her down for refills. When we did ask one time she said "hold on I'm busy" and the other time my husband asked she said "hold on a minute I got other stuff" and didn't come back for a while. I just ended up sharing a drink with my nephew so I could avoid the interaction. The guy who gave us our food off the robot I believe was the manager and he was very pleasant. She was refilling napkins when she noticed he was doing it for her and managed to give out the last basket of food. I think her name started with a J, she had dark hair. I sincerely hope she either changes her attitude or gets in another line of work because she does not represent this restaurant well. I love the food and love going here, but will not allow her to be my waitress to my family again.
