I've made 3 attempts to eat here in the course of a week and they're simply not open, just checked today at 8:00pm, told by someone they may be closed due to weather but my previous 2 attempts were clear days... I'm tired of trying and being disappointed.

The restaurant is hidden inside the play area and being a casino restaurant I wasn’t expecting much at all. I am glad I was wrong. Friendly service and the food is good and authentically cooked. Did not expect to find a nice pho restaurant in Kansas City, MO. Much less one inside a casino.

The pho was fine. DO NOT get a can of Pepsi… I got charged $5 bucks for a 12 oz can. It was labeled as chrysanthemum on the receipt. When I asked them they said it was correct. I clarified this 12 ounce can of Pepsi is five dollars and she said yes.

Another food outlet within this casino that does not meet any food expectations.? and mini egg roll smaller than any I've had at a pho restaurant in the ??, ??, ?? , ??. The beef in the salad was cooked a few days ago. Fresh veg ! All severed in authentic paper ?.Ate a bit tosses the rest. Vegas is rolling over playing dead. Evan, the crab rangoon, was not even stuffed properly. See picks from China Garden. I'm really disappointed with the food at this casino. The can of cold coffee was the best part. ?

Worst place in the whole of the casino. Poor service. Only opens for 6 hrs daily except Wednesdays and Thursdays but the passive aggressiveness you’ll experience at this restaurant is like experiencing it 24hrs 7days a week.Sincerely, the food is not all that good, however after getting beat gambling, it’s the only option that opens late.Anyhow, if you ever wanna experience poor service, it’s open.

Great rooms and decor throughout. Pretty awesome. They allow smoking on the casino floor...yuck! Otherwise, it is a great place to spend your money. I would definitely go back. No valet parking, so pack your bags in a wheeled suitcase. Drinks are pricey. Security seemed top notch
Very nice Casino and Hotel. Many restaurants in the hotel. Went here for a concert to see Air Supply. What a fantastic experience! Hotel is clean and beautiful! The room was very nice and the restuarants were delicious and had great staff!

The files are IN the computer?! Yes... the restaurant is IN B the casino! All the way I'm the back on the far side! So worth the trouble trying to find it and asking multiple people. I'm not a broth fan and the chicken was dry... but why was it all so delicious! I drank the broth after bc it was just so flavorful! Extremely impressed and would go again if i had time... delicious, absolutely delicious!!!

Hotel is spacious, quiet, clean and inviting. Casino is a plus for gamblers (I’m not), but it also means much better dining and entertainment options than a similar hotel would otherwise offer. In other words, allow the gamblers and the casino subsidize your stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The location was geat for us: away from busy downtown, easy access to freeways, relatively quiet for a large city. Our room was comfortable, clean, fully-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the casino very much, too!
