Good selection of tasty frozen treats and they are open late.

The customer service is good, but some of the stuff is not mixed that well The prices are just astronomical and the concrete I got wasn’t worth it’s the app also wasn’t letting me use my reward so I had to come out to p pocket for the concrete and I wasn’t even that good.

Scoops are extremely small, more like kid sized at this location. The custard is delicious.

Janelle was super sweet, friendly and gave a GREAT recommendation. My order was also ready in less than five minutes. It’s only my third time here and it did not disappoint! Looking forward to trying more menu items!

I would not recommend this location. They couldn't seem to get orders done correctly. They were also just slow and lazy. I paid for a medium that was 3/4 full and not mixed. The other item was a shake that didn't seem to have the carmel in it.

Great service, fast and friendly

Service was fine but disappointed with our order. We got 2 single topping concretes and they only had the topping at the very top, one was almost like a plain concrete. Will have to inspect our order a lot closer before we drive off and won’t go back to this location. We were already miles away & weren’t able to go back when we noticed.

Bad location. Girl taking our order got our order wrong, tried to correct it then got it wrong again. At the window they forgot to hand my card back so I had to turn around and come back for it. Ice cream is OK but way overpriced. Not a great location. We like Andy's but won't come back to this location again.

I used to love this location but lately it has become inconsistent and comes with little to no toppings. I ordered the all American cherry Pie and was told it was advertised wrong and it was more of a cobbler. It was literally vanilla ice cream and 2 cherries. I gave 3 starts because at least they are nice.

Customer service is terrible. Poor gal couldn’t understand anything we were ordering in English and messed up the order. Still couldn’t keep the order right, but we still ate it. Won’t come back.

They wouldn’t take the coupon I got in the mail because of worker didn’t know how to do it, then I asked for extra topping in my ice cream, they didn’t do it and when I asked for more because THEY got it wrong I had to pay a 1.25 which costs at least 2 times more then it would’ve cost to just add it in when I wanted. I would rather make the few extra minutes to go to any other Andy’s. I also ordered a root bear float which is 6 bucks and it came with a single spoon full of custard. Waste of time and money. Never coming back

This place is so good. Smooth creamy soft serve. my favorite is the jackhammer where there's a topping down the middle of your ice cream. Hot fudge is the best. The Rico suave is what I normally get. SO GOOD ☺️👍 sign up for the savings card and you get free treats

James Brownie Jackhammer is very good! My son ordered the Key Lime concrete and that was very good too
