They wouldn’t take the coupon I got in the mail because of worker didn’t know how to do it, then I asked for extra topping in my ice cream, they didn’t do it and when I asked for more because THEY got it wrong I had to pay a 1.25 which costs at least 2 times more then it would’ve cost to just add it in when I wanted. I would rather make the few extra minutes to go to any other Andy’s. I also ordered a root bear float which is 6 bucks and it came with a single spoon full of custard. Waste of time and money. Never coming back

This place is so good. Smooth creamy soft serve. my favorite is the jackhammer where there's a topping down the middle of your ice cream. Hot fudge is the best. The Rico suave is what I normally get. SO GOOD ☺️👍 sign up for the savings card and you get free treats

I love the concerts made with custard here. Haven't had much else. The staff is always friendly and up beat and they move a lot of people through in a short time.
The reason for my 4 star and not 5 is because they don't seem to treat their employees well. I want to support business who have a safe work environment. They have their employees outside taking orders in dangerously low temperature without the proper jacket, gloves and hat. I have been through the drivthru multiple times where you could see the person was visibly cold wearing only a light jacket, no gloves and no beanie cap and the temperature was under 20 degrees. When I asked why they didn't have a warm beanie cap on they said it was not allowed under the dress code.

Our experience was like going to Jimmy John's... freaky fast. Frozen custard is pricy, but the service here was good/fast and dessert delicious.

Ive visited this location twice in the last week and they haven't had tea. Love Andy's tea but it sucks to sit in the drive thru for 15 minutes only be told btw, we don't have tea. Bummer.

Last few times there’s barely any toppings or fudge/caramel in the concretes. It’s ridiculous and after looking at other reviews we aren’t the only ones with this issue. After coming here for years, this is our last trip. It’s not worth the cost for what we receive at this point.

The biggest complaint I have is ordering two large milkshakes, which cost almost $19, and receiving the tiniest large cups I have ever seen. Not a place I plan to return to.

Andy's, develop a dairy free option, please!
I went through Drive through ordered a 2 dips chocolate and vanilla. 1. The dips are extremely small. That was disappointing.
2. I paid extra for that waffle cone. By the time I got to Wornall, I discovered the cone had a whole and needless to say the ice cream melted fasted and dripped on me.
Not good. It was very inconvenient to drive back to Stateline Rd in rush hour traffic! Very disappointing.

They forgot the malt in the chocolate malt, and the chocolate scoop came out vanilla. It wasn’t busy, the girls working just didn’t pay attention. One was eating ice cream right next to the others making orders. After asking to redo the scoop we got an eye roll and the girls looked at each other like we were dumb….not sure what’s going on here but there’s a complete lack of quality control on employees and service.
