Such great custard felt like a kid have not had custard since Sheradan 's so happy that we have a Andy's now. I enjoyed the Turtle sundae very good, the pecans were crunchy and toasted perfectly and the fudge and caramel were good...next time I will ask for them to go light on those specially if you are not a excessively sweet conosuier ..I will be back

Omg this place was so good! Had to go again right before our flight out of KC for a good sendoff. The ooey gooey topping is the best. Hubby got it with pecans instead of almonds. Got the jackhammer with caramel down the center. He wanted to try other flavors but was so blown away by his first time he had to repeat it. Service is so nice and patient as it was hard to decide from all the choices. And oh! They're so fast! Everything is ready by the time you pull up to the window. Someone walks out to take your order and then you go to pay and your order is ready. They have their system down to the T! Kiddos got the boot something flavor (1st on the menu) which was an oreo mix in with caramel and chocolate fudge drizzle. It's times like those where sometimes I wish I ate dairy... ? The only non dairy option was Italian ice in a sleeve... Kind of like an otter pop. I passed on that.

The ice cream was decent, but the service was awful the night we went at this location. They were out of fruit toppings, one of our parties dishes got forgotten, orders ahead of us sat at the other window and were melting before any one called them out… it was a mess.
The Andy’s in liberty is always spot on. This is the second time this location has given us a wrong order, the order was not blended fully and a half full small.

Every time I have come to this location, it has sucked. Half full ice cream, hardly any toppings, and when they were out of what I ordered tonight, they just gave me something similar and said “sorry, I know it sucks” and moved on. I’m not mad they were out, but let me know and give me the chance to order something else. I’ll continue to drive a little further to the liberty location.
