We came here for a birthday, the food was great but the service was sub par. We had an early reservation and ordered soon after we arrived. After 2 hours we had only gotten our appetizers, the service staff had not cleared the appetizer plates and was very inconsistent with refilling water. Overall the food was great but the service left much to be desired

We were seated on the top floor, a very interesting mix of new decor, artwork and very old, exposed rafters and beams nicely showing the age and history of the building. We were greeted almost immediately upon arriving and seated shortly after. Our waiter was a very friendly and courteous young man. The service was very good, the atmosphere was very quiet so my wife and I could converse without struggling to overcome background noise. The drinks were very good and a nice wine...

The food was good but the service was sub par on all levels. The hostess barely greeted us, she sat us at a table w no settings. She then began placing settings at all
Other tables around us. We thought we were getting linked. After 10 minutes, we finally received a hello from a staff member who a few minutes later gave us water.
Our waitress then appeared a few minutes later, with no hello, asking us what we wanted to drink. Still no place settings while all...
