“I came to Arby’s for the first time to get some curly fries. I went through the drive through, and TATUM was the sweetest. She was super friendly right off the bat, and also offered me a water. You don’t see a lot a younger workers having good customer service, so good for her!“
“The food was really good. Everything came.out hot and order was correct. Staff was a little rude about not letting me eat in their lobby. The doors were open but they wouldn't let me eat there. I was only asking for a few minutes because I had just worked a 13 hr shift. But I guess rules are rules.
Parking: They have a pretty good sized parking lot with plenty of open spaces
Kid-friendliness: Place is kid friendly (no play equipment though)
Wheelchair accessibility: Can easily get inside and order in a wheelchair“

They did send a coupon for a free sandwich and this one was much better... thank you.................Ordered a market-fresh sandwich and the bread in half the sandwich was rock hard.. after paying $12 for a meal I don't expect to throw away half. I hope this is not a normal practice. Maybe paying a little more attention to the food that is being served would help.“
