Missing food and old food! Same thing you hear form many people on here. I just wish I could post pictures on this review. The last order I got was the last straw. The cheese on the roast beef was old and cracked. It has to be hours old if not from the day before. Look at the photo I posted on their page it's two cups of cheddar I got for the potato cakes that I did not receive. Tried calling to complain or get a refund but they wouldn't answer the phone.

Store can not even tender their own gift card without a huge delay or me being told that they can’t get it to work. Same location with a capable person behind the counter seemed to be able to figure out the issue. Need a new night manager.

What happened to the sizes for fries and drinks?! They've decreased exponentially. The large is a medium and the medium is a small. You're paying for 2/3 if not less of the food you're expecting. Otherwise, the service was great. The staff was friendly and I got what I ordered. So from my experience, nothing wrong with the location but corporate is messing up.
Stop putting inedible green tomatoes on my sandwich.

Arby’s North Oak and Barry Rd
This Arby’s has good handicap parking close to the building but could use some more parking spots as there are a few stores in the small parking area.
Upon walking up to the building an employee immediately in an accusatory tone asked me why I was taking pictures and video. Had she been polite I would have told her but ….she was not. Then she quickly moved to the counter speaking loud enough that I could hear her at the front door “ there some guy taking pictures and videos of the building and he won’t tell me why”
Upon reaching the counter I believe a manager assisted me - prompt and courteous so I let her know I was doing.
She told the staff member, that people can take pictures and videos.
The food was great. Location good. Mgt excellent , staff attitude 0
