Multiple experiences in a row I have received the wrong items or missing items as someone who has been faithful to this location for years I will not return again because this is a reoccurring issue

Typically I have an okay experience, but today was not it. They missed food had to request it, other orders were made incorrectly, gross cuts of meats almost inedible, and some of it cold. This is all after a long delay and computer issues. Apologies were offered about the delay, but at that point maybe offer a discount for the future.

The grouchy lady in the drive thru told my wife to ‘settle down’ when she asked her for our last drink on the order. I give it a 5* just for the comedy factor, my wife gives it a 1* for the disrespect factor, so we compromised on a 3* review.

Very, very rude assistant manager. We felt like we were bothering her by having 2 orders. She had a major attitude.
Missing food and old food! Same thing you hear form many people on here. I just wish I could post pictures on this review. The last order I got was the last straw. The cheese on the roast beef was old and cracked. It has to be hours old if not from the day before. Look at the photo I posted on their page it's two cups of cheddar I got for the potato cakes that I did not receive. Tried calling to complain or get a refund but they wouldn't answer the phone.
