The food is amazing great portions at a great price i bring a group of 40 or more people there at least 2 times a year

This is the real deal people! This IS Kansas City BBQ! Taylor, the General Manager, shared the history of his place and made sure we were well taken care of. If you’re in the KC area, come eat at Arthur Bryant’s, Kansas City BBQ at its best!

Horrible all around. Nothing good but my drink
Staff was nice. BBQ sauce has an extremely weird flavor. Brisket was meh and had little to no smoke flavor. It didn’t taste fresh either. Disappointed as a BBQ enthusiast visiting from out of town.
Ribs were outstanding. The brisket sandwich was the last of yesterday's meat. Dry and tough. Disappointed. Have always had great food here!

Delicious food. Great environment. Everyone was kind of straightforward. Get you your food. Get you fed. Take care of you the way it should be in an old barbecue place.

It was good the meat was tender. The servers were a bit terse but that didn’t bother me too much. It was the fact that I needed more seasoning that made me miss TX BBQ.
I have been a customer since the 1960 's. Order on Uber eats.. what they sent for à pound of Brisket would make Arthur turn over in his grave! Box full of scraps. No long slices and paper thin. Next time Jack Stack
I dont get the hype. We also didn't get what we ordered . The sanitation there leaves much to be desired esp when the restrooms have no soap. I interacted w a few staff memebers and only the gentleman and one of the line staff were pleasant. Everyone looks miserable.
