Arthur Bryant's Barbeque

Was just at Arthur Bryant’s BBQ in KC. The food was amazing and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Definitely recommend going there if you in the neighborhood. Thank you so much.

Great burnt ends but I personally like Gates bbq instead. You have to try at least once.

Ive been coming here for 45 years and Im sad to say I will never come back: 3rd time in a row now the bbq has been truly terrible. My sandwich was pink and very fatty (probably 4 oz of it), barely any smoke flavor.

The sauce is unique to any other place we’ve tried. More of a chili powder / adobo style flavor with a thick tomato base. The meats were moist and had good flavor. Nostalgic diner feel complete with slick grease layered floors. 4 stars on service/atmosphere because the employees were short, indirect, and overall unenthused to welcome patrons.

Low smoke bbq. Ribs had flavor but we're not tender. Brisket was tender but low in flavor. Bbq sauces were interesting but not amazing.

I’ve eaten at AB’s for 50 years but this time may have been my last visit. Out of beef at 4:30 on a Saturday is inexcusable. Mr. Arthur was spinning in his grave. Also, seems that they changed their fries. Too many other choices in KC area.

Four long time fans of Bryant's BBQ ate lunch there on 10-3-25. Meat was great---Beans Great!!! BUT---You have changed your fries and all of us (with over 100 years combined years of enjoying Bryant's) were shocked at how POORLY YOUR NEW FRIES LIVED UP TO THEIR PREDESESORS WELL DESERVED REPUTATION. We hope you take immediate steps to rectify this situation. Frankly ---Your New FRIES WERE HORRIBLE. The ONE Star above is the rating given to only the fries.

Very good bbq! The menu is on the smaller side, but it's all you need for a great meal. The pulled pork and brisket were tender, and the portion sizes were huge!

Food is not cheap and they don't put any money into the facility as it's a dive. However, they do top my list of the best tasting/quality beef brisket in KC! The food quality is amazing and you definitely have to check them out as they were part of what make KC famous for BBQ. They've had various high profile figures and celebrities eat here as well as you'll see on the walls when you visit.

It was not what I had hoped for. Fantastic setting - seeing the smoker in the kitchen was I nice touch - however my burnt ends were less than I had hoped for. Little smoke and lots of tomatoes in sauce. Please educate me if I'm wrong, but not what I had hoped for.

Kansas City original that has just gotten better lately after the reopening! Jimmy Carter, Barack Obama, and I all agree. It’s some of the best barbecue in the world! Unique sauce to anything you’ve ever tasted. The classic KC favorites are the brisket, burnt ends, and of course the ribs.
