Terrible experience ordering corporate holiday cookies. First the cookies weren't ready on the agreed upon day. The owner said she would issue a refund for the issue but the refund took over 2 months to receive. I was consistently told the refund was issued but it never was.The owner clearly doesn't care and would rather take your money and hope you don't follow up. She is petty by making you come in for your refund when she could just send it to you electronically as she did after I came in.Ordering cookies should not be a difficult process. Save your time and go to Dolce or another establishment.

1 ordered 3 dozen cookies for my daughter’s 6th birthday celebration at school December 19th. After I arrived to pick them up, the owner, Lindsey, told me they had me down for the following day. I had the worst experience. I reached out in September wanting a dozen themed cookies for an event in December. A staff member communicated with me stating they could make what I was asking for. I provided numerous pictures and was directed to pay/place order which I did. I reached out a week and half prior to confirm my order. It took them a week to respond but they said they had it on the calendar. I drove downtown to pick up- there was no parking. When I arrived neither staff member seemed to know what was going on. Long story short they did not have my order! It got lost in the cracks despite me ordering months in advance and confirming earlier in the week. They asked me to come back later to pick up which I was not able to do. They ended up delivering the cookies later that evening which while it was appreciated was still upsetting. The cookies were all the same and disappointing. I wanted Grinch themed cookies and got a dozen circle cookies with Grinch face. No shapes or variety. They didn’t taste very good either. I almost didn’t put them out. My friends didn’t care for them either. My entire experience was terrible. I would not recommend this place for your special events. I don’t feel they cared and they made no effort to make it right.

Sooooo good! We were down in the area around Steamboat Arabia and had walked down the road to see some other shops. Of course, I use yelp at all times, so I looked up "cookies" because we were craving something sweet. How perfect that we were just around the corner from this cute little place! We walked in and the nice lady attending the front counter asked if we were there to pick up an order. We told her no, just wanted to take care of our sweet tooth. She showed us the options left in the cases. She said we don't do a ton of walk-in business, but always have a few things. She told us their specialty was their almond iced cookies. So, we got several of them and a cupcake. We were soooo happy we listened to her. Yes, the cupcake was good, but HOLY SMOKES, the cookies were heavenly! I highly recommend anyone in the area to stop in and get a few or even better, order a couple dozen for your next event!! Cute little store, tasty sweets, and friendly staff!

I always have the best experience at Sweet Petites KC! Their customer service is excellent and their bakery items delicious! I always order their mini cupcakes for my parties, and they are certainly a hit! Adorable and yummy! I highly recommend this shop! If you need cute, candles and napkins, they have that as well. :)
Taste was delicious but everything else was not what I had expected. I was a little disappointed that things were not clarified going into the final week before the event and when I arrived it was just handed to me without making sure it was what I wanted, especially for what I paid. Some of the cookies did not look like the photo I was sent and the colors used on the cake were awful. I took most of it off and refrosted it myself before the event. I also specifically asked that the words I wanted be written on the front not the top since I had a special cake topper made and it was on the top. I took it off too.

I purchased cupcakes and chocolate chip cookies yesterday for the CHIEFS last preseason game. Other than my "mom" sweet petites KC by Far has the Best. I highly recommend them for any occasion or event. Their customer service is also Top tier!!!
