My absolute favorite place to take my dog in KC. Incredible staff, the park itself is amazingly large (not to mention well-maintained) and my boy always has an awesome time! Thank you for truly being the best dog park in Kansas City!!

There's a fee but they let me try it free the first time. The astro turf is recycled, very smart use of it. Keeps dog paws cleaner than running through mud. I hope they get gluten free fries & safe items on the menu so I can eat next time.

Love Bar K! So many good pups! The dog tenders are so great and makes sure everyone plays safe and respectfully. I have a dog that LOVES to play but definitely gets scared of more aggressive play so it’s nice to not always be on alert to make sure he’s feeling good. Great overall atmosphere, food, drinks, friendly people & pups ❤️Dog-friendliness: The most friendly dog park you could go to in KC! As long as your dog is friendly everyone will be also ?

I went there when they were celebrating Doodles. Unfortunately, some dog owners don't keep an eye on their dogs. A male dog was trying to hump my dog until my dog lashed out on him and had to be separated from him. The owner was nowhere, but insight it isn't a place for 1st time dog owners to go or owners who are very protective of their dogs

Very interesting place and the food is always delicious
playful puppy playground that employs “dogtenders” so you are able to let FIDO off the leash to romp around with new friends and watch from afar knowing with confidence that your precious pet is in a safe space with access to water and the ability to roam back and say hello to you at will. plus, food and drinks! quite unique and lovely on a sunny day.

We love Bar K for the doggy and human socialization! We love the doggy food menu and the human menu is amazing too! The best chicken strips and a phenomenal Greek salad! The drink menu is reasonably priced with regularly ran specials too. The dog tenders are trained in canine behavior and always have eyes on the dogs, they do a great job detecting anything before it happens. It’s such an awesome third space where anyone with or without dogs is welcome!Restrooms: The main restroom is inside the humans only bar and restaurant area but there is another one unlocked normally during summer/daytime hours accessible from the outside.

I adore all the dog tenders at Bar K. Daisy is a very challenging girl. She has a very large yard, but jumps the fence when she gets bored, which she does a lot because she’s so curious and engaged. Bar K allows her to socialize and run amok in a safe space. Without the dog tenders I never would have tried an environment with other dogs. You’ve saved our sanity!
