Mid-Continent Public Library - Woodneath Library Center

Large book collection, free wi-fi (even in the oarking lot which is huge). This library is frequented by families with small children and toddlers, but generally the areas designated for kids are well separated from the main open floor plan, so other than when those families are arriving or departing, it's relatively quiet. The large building seems newer or recently remodeled. There are several tables with in-floor electrical receptacles (to plug in laptop or device charger, for example). I've been a few times and it was easy to read ir study because of the quiet atmosphere (ya know, like a library). There are family restrooms on the east end of the building, and a nursing room with upholstered chairs and a solid door for privacy; and 'men's and women's' restrooms on the west end. All three times I've been, it was well staffed and there are several self service kiosks. A great library just north of the Liberty shopping center area on what appears to be a historic property with manicured grounds.

Super difficult about returns and late fees. Makes it useless to use this location.

Amazing library and atmosphere!

Quiet peaceful place to focus and get studying or work done

Really love the walking space and how they leave some of the grass long over the winter and provide habitat for birds and wildlife, but could use some native beautyberry bushes to provide winter color.

A pleasant library experience. First of all I adore the scenery outside, it's a beautiful peaceful sight. There's plenty of parking space and it's always quiet when we go. The staff are friendly and welcoming, there's a good selection of books and the staff have been helpful when we had questions. The rest rooms are clean and tidy. Also, plenty of computers free to use and 10 cents per page to print with a fairly easy system to print. The children's area has plenty of seating and activities for children. My only issue is that there are computers for children to play with which is often distracting for my daughter as she ends up being less interested in finding books and more interested in playing the fun games on the screens. Other than that, I like this library and there's a lot more here I'm still yet to explore.

I want to thank my sister Nina for this inviting me. I had a wonderful evening at the Mid-Continent Woodneath Library. James Patterson and Mike Luoica's humor was like Bob Newharts.. Dry, funny, and thoroughly entertaining!! I was laughing ? with tears down my face. It was an honor to learn their experiences.

I hope the library has more dynamic events like this. I can't believe it was free. Seeing them makes people appreciate their work and be excited about what comes next in their books ? in the future.

I have been quite pleased with there staff being very workable and accommodating with my sister and I. I appreciate all of you for working with us. To be able to get our tasked achieved on studying.
The coffee shop has been a nice addition as well.

Needless to say we are coming back at 1:00pm today Sunday hours lol. This is our favorite library we do the story times and we check out books all the time. The facilities are extremely clean and updated. The coffee is delicious what a great option in a library to have coffee! ☕?
