Completely disappointed how Baskin and Robbins in antioch made my son's cake. I ordered 2 cakes for his 6th birthday and made sure to relay details I want and written.. First, they can't spell BIRTHDAY consistently, but misspelling my son's name on one of them, from KAI TO KIA is unbelievable. We informed them after it was picked up, the lady who answered the call said, to call the next day between 10am to 2pm, but no one was answering. Long story short, we will never order from baskin again, this cakes don't come cheap and the reckless way of handling this incident is not worth it
The store was close to Target where we were picking up a curbside order and my daughter wanted a Dubai chocolate sundae. The staff made one and she was very happy! Bucket list item ✅
