We don't have many BR in our area so this was a treat to find while we were vacationing in the KC area. Employees were friendly and efficient and the interior was clean and inviting. I love their peanut butter and chocolate ice cream.

Do not order cakes from this store!I ordered a half cookies and cream and half mint chocolate chip “side by side” cake and we got home and they layered it on top of each other. So my family who likes different flavors now doesn’t like any of it.Also look at the poor decorating. I didn’t notice in the store because the box was covering most of it. Writing is sloppy, decorations are obviously off-centered and there was no care in making this.I should have read the reviews before ordering - lots of problems with this store.

Ordered a polar pizza online, confirmation email, money withdrawn from my account, email this morning confirming it would be ready as ordered. Called 30 minutes before it was due to be ready and was informed "the 'cake lady' not in, no order for you". Told me to come in and pick a pre-made one, got to the store, there were no premade polar pizza. They assured me they would refund my money, I certainly hope so, pretty sure taking money without provided a promised service isn't legal!

You only get a child size scoop for your birthday on their loyalty program anyway, and when I came in to collect it on the day, it expired, I was told I couldn't get it because it was expired. "It expires on the 28th and today is the 28th," I said. Not really able to speak English. All the man behind the counter could say was "expire," seriously? I hope the $.45 that ice cream would've cost was worth losing a customer.

This place is a mess. It's gone constantly downhill since it opened. Their freezers have been broken for years, so don't expect to get what you want. They are almost always understaffed and unprepared to do the one thing for which they exist.

The icecreams are always melted in a freezer, but the guys are friendly and make the most of what they got.Got a dipped cone & chick’n waffle icecream was a treat!!!

Ordered door dash from this location and let me tell ya, for a 7 dollar 2 "scoop" sundae- it was pretty sad. I decided to see just how much they put in my order. I got barely 2Tbs of each flavor. And that's being generous in my measurements.

Stopped in for a 2-dip cup after getting a haircut. Always a treat!

I bought an ice cream cake from here and it was freezer burnt and the employees act like they have never heard the term freezer burnt or have the slightest idea of what that means even though they are surrounded by freezers smh. Ice cream was complety crystalized and they put no dates on pre made cakes so they never have to throw them away, they just sell them and then refuse to replace or refund

I regularly buy ice cream cakes from this location and never had an issue......til today. I called to inform them that my ice cream cake was freezer burnt, ice cream was crystalized and had no flavor. They had no idea what freezer burn was and refused to do anything about it. How do you work in a place with all freezers and not know what freezer burn is. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I go to this location. STEER CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION, TERRIBLE SERVICE AND THE IGNORANCE IS OF EPIC PROPORTIONS!!!

0 out of 5 stars. The worst customer service I have ever expierenced. I picked up a cake and asked how to properly store it. I was told by the Indian guy at the counter it can be stored in refrigerator. The cake completely melts all over my fridge. I come back to the store the assocstiates are laughing at me saying it’s common sense and then also saying they won’t remake the cake or give a refund of a simple $26 cake. I didn’t find it funny and if it’s common sense why was I told to put it in the refrigerator? I would never come back here and also I see bugs in the corner lord of flies and roaches

It's a marginal Baskin-Robbins. Not all of the staff speak fluent English, so it's a bit difficult to communicate and the store is less than clean. Additionally, they were out of several commonly ordered flavors of ice cream and their cake selection was spotty at best.
