Great food. What a great concept. Having bar-b-que and a Harley-Davison dealership in the same parking lot with a stage for live bands and a bike night every Thursday thru the spring, summer and fall months. Love this place. And the staff is outstanding.
I will be buying my next Harley from Worth, because they make it WORTH the trip!

They didn’t have brisket so I did a slab of ribs and an order of wings. Opening the box it looked good. However, wings were dry and tough. The ribs were…. Not good. To begin with the rub is heavy in coriander, almost like a pastrami or jerky seasoning. The meat was discolored and overcooked, to the point it was both ‘fall of the bone’ and dry and tough. My stomach was in knots about 30 minutes after eating.

Amazing place!Very good quality in the food.And the flavor it's amazing.It's a little bit far from the city but It's a good place to eat and share with friends.It is an amazing place, the food is very very good, excellent quality of the ingredients.And the flavor is incomparable.The food has excellent seasoning and is seasoned just right.It is a little far from the city but it is worth coming and spending some time with friends.

Had some ribs from Twisted Ribs a few days ago and I’ll be completely candid- this is one of the BEST bbq joints in the city. I’m not a food snob but I’m a fat boy so I can be picky and these ribs were so good I had to share. All my friends loved it as much as I did, dudes got a real gift for making bbq!!! Will DEFINITELY be coming back for more 10/10 thank you for such great food ?

Worst burnt ends in KC, I was devating Jack Stack or smokehouse. Went with smokehouse since it was closer to work. Burnt ends were so dry and bland. Seasoning goes a long way and needs to be tried. First and only time trying the food here. Seriously just go further south towards the city for good bbq. Worth the extra 10-20 minutes.

I'm in Kansas city for about 48 hours and absolutely will not spend time here and not get BBQ. I had a short lunch break and decided to make my move then. I found Twisted Rib through Google and based on their reviews, I had a feeling that it was gonna be good. My assumptions were correct. I went to Twisted Rib and got the burnt ends, the beans, the potato salad, and a yuengling. I cannon imagine a better combination. The beans had shredded meat in them (I dunno if it was pork or brisket, but I think brisket). They were thick, meat, hearty, and spicy. Top tier beans. The potato salad was so creamy and cold on a hot day. Big, thick, chunks of potato and bbq seasoning on top. And the burnt ends. Oh the burnt ends. They were incredible. Hot, moist, and smoky the way burnt ends should be. Mixing with the spicy BBQ sauce was what really tied the whole meal together. I'm born, raised, and still live in St. Louis, and love Stl BBQ, but these men are truly doing the Lord's work.

The BBQ might be good but if you order dinner for delivery, who knows? It may just not arrive. Or you’ll get half your food and a shrug from the restaurant with an offer of a coupon for next time. Comically and unapologetically lazy customer service. Go somewhere else.
