We were really impressed with the quantity and quality of our meal. We shared the spicy seafood dip with homemade chips. Four people could have easily shared it. Then we shared the meaty ziti and were blown away. It was soooo good! Definitely homemade tasting, but better than mine, for sure! We will go back to try some other dishes. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere isn’t impressive, but it’s okay. You’re fine to go in as you are and have a hearty, delicious meal.

I ate here twice. The food is fantastic. third time I was there decided not to eat and left. not sure what's up with the wait staff. And don't plan on going back.

Haven’t been in a long time and decided to try again. House side salad was great, good flavors. Ordered the 10oz sirloin with the mushroom risotto as a side. The sirloin came out well done instead of medium and the mushroom risotto has a good flavor but hardly any mushrooms and they could’ve been sliced up thinner and the presentation a little lacking(packed in a glass bowl) with the steak on the side . I will say our server (didn’t catch her name) was excellent. She immediately took my steak back to the kitchen. I received a new steak, cooked at the original medium temp. I had requested. It was just okay; steak was bland I had to add salt and pepper. I was pleasantly surprised that my steak was comped without even asking; perhaps because I was respectful in my communication with our waitress. I really appreciated that and would definitely give them another chance. The other member in my party enjoyed their meal (blackened chicken linguine). I will definitely be back based on how the overall experience was and how they remedied the situation.

My boyfriend and I went to dinner on a Saturday night with a reservation at 7:15. We ordered a chicken entree and a pork chop. The food came out an HOUR later. The pork chop was $22 and about a half inch thick. The chicken was about the same thickness. The baked potatoes were not cooked completely and slightly cold. When the server delivered the entrees, she was smiling like it was funny. We should’ve paid for our drinks and left. It was pathetic. If I could’ve selected a zero star rating, I would have. The joke is now on owner because we won’t be returning. Buyer beware of this place.
Amazing food and amazing staff. The BC Burger and mushroom risotto are a must try. Didn't have to wait long even on a busy Saturday night. This is one of our favorite places in the Northland.

I ordered the lobster mac, and hubby got the Cajun chicken and shrimp tortellini. We also order the spicy cheesy broccoli and the fried jalapeños and pickles. Both pastas had an abundance of the meat in them, which we loved and you don't typically find in restaurants. The mac tasted great and on point. The Cajun dish was good but did not taster cajun, so that was slightly disappointing. The brocoli was really watered down but okay. The fried pickles and jalapeños were perfectly crunchy and did not taste like the frier oil needed to be changed, which is something I'm often disappointed with in restaurants. Our server was perfectly attentive to us. We will definitely be back to try some other things!

We love BC Bistro, we can find a meal for each of us, even our 10 year old! My favorite is the Chicken Foccacia with the side salad! I love this place so much, the staff is always friendly and the food is consistently delicious!
