One of my favorite Italian places in Kansas City. One of the more authentic places in the area. We had the Osso Bucco and it did not disappoint.

We attended a wine/food paring dinner and everything was delicious! The wine selection was great....we came home with a few bottles of new wine. Avery, Hannah and their team are wonderful. So friendly and accommodating, you feel like family when you dine here!
I think I just got my hopes up too much about this place. The ratings are high and people regularly recommend it. I was disappointed that an appetizer of three crostinis and flavorless topping was $16. I was disappointed the carbonara basically had bacon bits in it. Service was eh. Lastly, why ask on a reservation if someone is coming for a special occasion and you put them at the worst table in the place? Not impressed. Overrated.

Great authentic Italian food. Pasta dishes were ok. Pizza was great, had a nice fresh tomato sauce. Our kids loved it and the desserts were good. Aracini is really good. Highly recommend!

I was born in Naples and the food here reminds me of my days of past. Always well prepared regardless of the dish I pick. My go to place when I want Italian food and I'm not the cook. I just wished I lived closer.
Avery and the crew at Bella Napoli continue to do their magic when it comes to putting on wine dinners. The entire event was festive and very informative. Thanks to the entire crew.

Hadn't been to Bella Napoli in a looong time so we're happy to find it's still a great place to dine. Tried the Carbonara which was really quite delicious. The lasagna was also good, but rather ordinary. Our server was great...very attentive & friendly.

Nice meal of pasta and good service but they were out of beer!
Food and wine were terrific as always. Felt like our server was trying to rush us. We had to ask for water and he never brought us bread. We've had terrific service here in the past so maybe it was an odd night for our guy or he was too busy. He was polite. Just not super attentive except when he wanted to get us moving.
Both dishes we got were Bolognese sauce. I wish we would have tried something else. It is set in a nice neighborhood that was fun to explore.
