The biscuits were so burnt it was black. The people at the counter acted like they were confused when asked for a refund. I can not imagine how the cook thought it was ok to serve those.

Had to wait nearly 10 min for what was essentially a fast food chicken sandwich and fries. When my order (big chicken and fries) finally arrived, they forgot the fries and gave me jalapeno slaw instead. When I corrected them and said I was mistakenly given slaw, they said, “Oh, sorry… I accidentally hit the slaw button.” I then had to wait a few MORE minutes for my fries. I just paid $25 for what amounted to B-level fast food. Wouldn’t go back, even if I was desperate. And certainly not if I was in a hurry.

I tried the chicken sandwich the first time and it was inedible. Next time through the airport I tried their popcorn chicken because of a lack of options. Again, I literally threw it away. The only way this place can stay in business is because it's in an airport and they don't need to rely on repeat customers. Please save your $25 and way anywhere else.

I had the hot chicken burrito breakfast thing. It was very flavorful and crispy, but incredibly spicy. Thankfully, I enjoy spicy. Still, I had to eat half at a time haha adding sour cream would help but who am I, it could also take away the crisp. Definitely worth it if you can tolerate spicy!

Eat at your own risk. I had a sandwich that supposed to be not spicy and it was. And as soon as I finished the sandwich I started feeling bad. I had to sit in last row to have access to restroom every 10 mins. I felt I needed to go to the hospital when landed. The service was also slow and terrible

Honestly, it was surprisingly delicious. I was worried when I saw the reviews being generally negative, but we really enjoyed the burrito we picked up while waiting for our flight. Chicken was crispy and well seasoned, and the eggs were perfectly fluffy. The sauce they used as well was?
Highly recommend to anyone needing a monster burrito to start the day.

After reading the reviews DH still wanted to try this place since our flight was delayed 3 hours. I purchased The Original Chicken and DH purchased The Shack Attack. The chicken was just too thin and hard. The fries were thin like house chips which it should be called instead of French fries ?. DH like the fries but I did not. However, I thought the Shaw sauce was tasty and flavorful. The Shaw Attack was spicy ?️. The bun was nice and soft. IMO of the chicken was a little thicker this would be a great sandwich. We paid $40 for two chicken sandwiches, 1 small fries, and 1 20oz drink. One of the menus boards was out and we wasn’t sure if the restaurant served anything outside of the sandwiches shown on the screen. Neither did the cashier offer us anything else so we asked her if they serve fries. I think they serve coffee because we saw a coffee drink but that could’ve been one of the staff personal drink from elsewhere. They also, had an ice cream machine. It was like the server expected us to know what to ask for. She said everything is a-La-cart. Would we eat here again? No, we will not be back. .
