Service is very poor! They took several minutes to take our order after taking our order they proceeded to repeat! Can I take your order then we ordered four specials they advised we can only order two! So we proceeded to order something else they said they didn’t have that today so tried to order something different they advised they also don’t have that! Then they never asked what we wanted to drink we had to ask for the drinks that came with our meal at the window! Used to be one of my favorite places to eat before the fire and Covid’ after today we will take our family somewhere else to eat!We typically spend between 60 to 200$ eating out with our large family!

This is how a BBQ place should look like. Smokey, BBQ smell permeated into everything, no frills, no fuss. The BBQ was excellent. The sauce was ok, nothing like anywhere else. Had a tomato soup taste. Not too sweet. They don't do burnt ends daily, so I had the brisket and ribs. Both were very good. Wife had turkey, good, moist, and almost perfect. Try it I'm sure you'll like it as well. I do base my BBQ on as good, better than or worse than Rosedale, and I would pick Rosedale over this, but it has been around forever, they have to be doing something right.

I've been waiting for a turkey leg forever. Went here because we've been there before. Got my turkey leg after a long wait in the drive through went home digged in and found a hair cooked into my turkey leg. Also it was overcooked bones were splintering skin was soggy. It was not what I expected. Highly disappointed. I'd get a refund but I live so far away. Might have to drop this place from my BBQ list.

This bbq shack has the worst service in the entire city sat in the drive thru at the speaker for 25 minutes without anyone taking my order even though the cars in front of me had got their food and gone so I pulled to the window and the she he at the window still didn’t take my order she looked at me like I was wrong with a terrible a attitude and when she asked me what I ordered I told her I hadn’t ordered yet and I’ve sat at the speaker for 20 minutes and she tells me they are out of rib tips . Terrible terrible service bad attitudes and will never ever go back to big T bbq
Ribs slabs are to die for!!! I always find myself ordering two slabs, a bag of fries, and extra sauce. Staff is always great!! The only thing that sucks is they never have smoked turkey legs!!!
